“Not the right pillow for me but what is really frustrating is the terrible return and/or exchange policy. The only way to test whether a pillow if right for you is to sleep on it for a night or two but Headleveler doesn't provide a protective cover (in order to test the pillow in a hygienic way) or allow for removal or the plastic covering (how can yo truly test a pillow with through plastic wrap and air?). All return and/or exchange processes are difficult and require additional payment from the consumer. If the company truly believed in their product these processes would free.”

Hello, We are sorry to hear that the pillow is too thick for you. We reviewed the notes on your order. We had two telephone consultations with you in order to provide you with the best possible service. On both of these occasions, it was explained that you could cut the corners of the pillow package in order to remove as much air as possible, and try the pillow on your bed without fully opening the package. Sleeping with the plastic package is not recommended because air will re-infiltrate during the night. The purpose of trying the pillow on your bed is to ensure that you have the proper thickness given the different types of mattress firmness on the market. Pillows can be exchanged completely free of charge if they are unopened. Had the pillow package not been opened, we could have custom-made a thinner version to better suit you. “I tried other ortho pillows but foam is not comfortable and does give my neck, head and shoulders rest. The Headleveler is made with firmer material to give my cervical area support. It is also soft enough for comfort. Thank for restoring a good night's sleep.”

“I love the Headlever pillow, I have been buying them for years. With Covid, I got a bit lazy and did not order for awhile. I recently bought 2 for the cottage. Well my husband had to do some business at home and he appeared at the door of the cottage with his pillow in hand. When asking where are you going with the pillow, he reminded me we need new ones at home. Well I put myself into action and purchased another 2 within a week of the first set of pillows The only pillow I will purchase ! Can't wait for the new pillows in a few days :)”
