“When i got the pillow i couldn’t see the actual softness of it because of the plastic (air filled). When i took the plastic off I realized it was very hard.. it’s very uncomfortable. I ordered the #18 which was supposed to be one of the softest ones :/ I feel duped because it does not match the “moelleux” description (feels like a rock). I will probably not even use this 150$ pillow because I can’t return it because I took the plastic off.”

Hi Sabrina, Thanks for your review. The Queen # 18 pillow should have been a good fit. If you find the pillow too thick, please do not worry. It will soften up with use during the first few weeks of use. There are different ways to use the pillow. For instance, both surfaces of the pillow are not the same. One is meant for uniquely side sleepers, and the other surface is for both side and back sleepers. If you need any kind of help and/or explanation, please do not hesitate to contact us. “These are my absolute favourite pillows. They are firm but not too firm. I got in an accident when I was pregnant and started seeing a chiropractor. They recommended these pillows to me. I’ve had my first one for 9 years and I loved it so much I just bought 2 brand new ones in 2023. They are very comfy but do take a couple nights to break in. I never sleep without this pillow anymore and I take it with me when I travel!”

“Donnez lui une chance! Les premières fois, c'est probablement l'oreiller le moins confortable... après quelques nuits, vous allez sauver des traitements chez le chiro! Super service après vente... trouvez une compagnie qui communique avec vous avant de vous faire parvenir votre commande pour s'assurer que c'est le bon modèle que vous avec commandé... 12(10! Oui, c'est dispendieux mais ça m'évite d'aller voir un spécialiste!”

“I am a repeat customer due to cervical spinal stenosis. It’s the only pillow that eases my discomfort during a painful flare up. I also bring the travel size with me on trips away from home. My neck feels better and realigned by morning because the size is customized for me. Highly recommended for anyone suffering from neck pain.”

“Hello! I was expecting to either not like this new pillow, or for it to take quite some time to get used to it. My previous pillow was very thin, and previous pillows that I had tried, including thicker ones and other models of "orthopedic" pillows, did not seem comfortable or caused more neck pain. I adjusted to the Headleveler very quickly, my first night and subsequent first week of sleep was very good. I have had little to no neck pain during this adjustment period, whereas I would usually experience pain most days. Very happy with the initial results!”
