“In the past, I bought one Prana on (400 g Vanilla flavour) from a nearby Woolworth store and I really liked the taste and everything! However, I recently bought Prana on (French Vanilla) 1.5 kg from Prana on Website. This time my experience is completely opposite. Even though the purchase process was smooth and I got regular notification during the delivery process. But it tastes extremely sweet and unnatural. Moreover, it’s not truely digestive. After a second try, I decided not to try any more! I find this product is really unsuitable for everyday use. I feel is the product needs to be reviewed in the lab for improvement and to gain popularity!”

“I have been recieving your organic beetroot powder for some time & up untill now have been satisfied with the quality. I usually purchase 2 lots of the 500 gram packs. Unfortunately, the powder in one of the packs one of the last delivery was lumpy which made it quite difficult to mix with water. I store both the packs in a dry cabinet so it couldn't have come into contact with any moisture as the first pack was perfect. This may be a one off occurence but I would be very dissapointed if it should happen again. This message is just meant as feedback as I realise that you would have limited control over what may come into contact with your products after leaving your factory. perhaps you can mention this to your carrier.
