It was easy to to identify what I required from the website and place the order and pay for it. It arrived a few days after and earlier than expected. It was well packaged and appears to be of good quality. Will shop here again.

Disappointing customer service and consistently delayed responsiveness. I had to reach out twice - via both email and the website - just to receive any reply initially. After that, I had to follow up repeatedly to organise the return and then to obtain a refund for products that cost hundreds of dollars and caused an adverse reaction due to ingredients that weren’t listed on the website. This disrupted a strict medical diet, severely impacting my health and forcing me to restart the entire process. The final reply I received was curt and didn’t acknowledge concerns I’d raised in previous emails. On the positive side, the team was generally friendly, apologised initially for the product issue, and ultimately processed the refund.

I assue this is regarding the floss loops. If so great product. Exatly the same as the sample provided by my dentist.

A week after I placed my order I rang to be told you were very busy and would send it express that day (friday) Tuesday had not heard anything. Rang again and after 4 hours Aust Post advised on it's way. Arrived at Tullamarine at 3 am wednesday Aust Post hoped to deliver it that day. Because you insist on a signature they attempted to deliver thursday and I couldn't pick it up till friday. Not a service and no customer feedback with Aust post also letting me down. Your prices are good but I won't go thru that again Brenda

I’m reaching out again regarding my order (#97726), which was marked as shipped 11 days ago from a location only 20 minutes away from my home. Despite that, I have yet to receive it—and more importantly, I haven’t received any communication from your team after multiple follow-ups. When I contacted Australia Post, they said they haven’t physically received the parcel—only that a shipping label was created. That left me wondering: has the order actually been dispatched? I understand delays can happen. What I’m trying to figure out is: How am I supposed to plan around this if I don’t know where the parcel is? It seems like something may have fallen through the cracks. And that’s totally understandable—mistakes happen. What’s difficult for me is not knowing whether my order is lost, delayed, or just in a queue somewhere. Would it be unreasonable to ask for an update today? Even a short message confirming someone is looking into it would go a long way. I’m hoping we can find a simple and quick resolution. I’d really appreciate your help.
