“The device arrived the next day although I did not pay for that option. The instructions were simple and clear. I had some difficulty toggling through the 'Multi Memory', sometimes it didn't work. This is improving with practice but I still have to have several attempts. This is only my third day and I think it is a bit of a learning curve. That's fine by me.”

“Hearing Direct's own-brand mercury free batteries are far cheaper than buying in the high street and being mercury-free they are much better for the environment. Fast delivery made the purchase a win all round.”

“Very quick delivery of batteries ordered at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service when hearing aids were changed by audiologist and I needed to exchange the size of 312 batteries ordered to size 13. Replacement was done very willingly and replacement batteries were received free of charge before I posted back the original ones. I shall certainly use hearing direct again.”

“Helpful, to the point and prompt delivery. Prices very competitive and goods of quality. The only moan, though I cant be certain of my facts, is that the original batteries, as I come to the end of my first supply, are running out some 20% earlier (110hrs down to 75hrs). Shelf life?. I keep them in a box in a cool environment.”

“My Mother uses 2 hearing aids 24/7 due to being in a nursing home. It takes a 14 mile round trip to the hospital to get 'free' batteries but if delayed the car park would cost £3.50. The idea of the batteries arriving through your letter box was a great weight off my mind & leaves that trip to be spent having quality time with my Mum. What's not to like? Wonderful service.”
