“Was a bit worried about taking out insurance with a company with no phone contact number and I still am haven’t had to make a payment yet and they haven’t told me the date iver”

Hi Jack, Thanks for the 5-stars! We use live chat instead of the telephone, this saves you from being on hold! Our opening hours are 9am-5:30pm Monday - Friday and one of our customer service agents will reply in seconds. If you were ever in the unfortunate position of needing to make a claim, rest assured our claims telephone line is 24x7. We hope this helps. The team at Hedgehog
