“I was very surprised to find a huge increase just because I moved home 6 miles away. I do not think this is fair. Those tariffs should be reviewed.”

“am disgusted they made a mistake on my policy which started yesterday and i paid full annual premium i noticed the mistake and they made me pay £83.97 to amend their mistake, NEVER AGAIN am I going to insure with them, been with them years.”

“Hard to get hold of a chat bit and then when I did it shut itself down and had to do it all over again tried several times but then it eventually put me through yo an operator a human which did help”

“Got a qoute from go compare, then they wack on a huge amount of Apr for paying monthly, then sent me a qoute lower than one I just bought, tried talking to someone about it, over an hour later of a very slow conversation due to internet speed their side I get I'll have Somone look into things and email you later. This is all before my policy actually begins, god help me for the next 12 months..”

“The only way to log onto your account is via a text message code facility. Mine never works and I have to call the call centre every time in order to log on! Staff however have always been helpful.”

Hi Mr Walker, that is correct as we are an online insurer. We offer 24/7 support from our ChatBot and our Customer Service team are here Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. You can request a callback if there are things you want to discuss over the phone.
