Thanks for the review! We're really proud to be a paperless company 🌳 , so all policy documents are located on a secure, online account. It' really quick and easy to log into, and if you do ever need a hard copy, you can save and print them as you'd like! The Hedgehog team 🦔

“Confused.com placed Hedgehog cheapest car insurance for me! Their website was easy to use and their "Add ons" were cost effective and easy to look at. Having taken a policy with them I found the follow up emails and their website were quick, simple and useful. I look forward to their quote next year...”

5 stars - amazing - thank you so much! 👏 We do all we can to prevent our customers from running into any issues, however, if the unexpected does pop up, we've got experienced customer service Live Chat agents available between 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, ready and waiting to resolve any issue as quickly and effectively as possible!
