“Bought a HelloBaby educational toy (Skwish Classic) for my 1,5 year old daughter from a Dutch reseller. The toy is indeed educational, colorful and sturdy as promised! However, I expected the toy to be bigger, as the size was not mentioned in the Dutch advertisement and from the picture it appeared quite large. Would recommend to state the size in any advertisement. Nevertheless, the toy is great fun and educational indeed, so definitely recommended.”

“The product was well packaged and delivered in a reasonable time. The product looked well made but smaller than I expected but ok. The product has not yet been tested by Baby James as his Birthday is not for a few more weeks...I am sure he will like it. Cathy Gregory SA”

“I ordered an item off hello baby, unfortunately in the first instance it didn't arrive which was out of there hands as it has been sent Royal Mail. I contacted the customer service team who helped and where very efficient and reposted the item out to me again. I would use hello baby again and recommend them to friends & family”

“I bought this item as my son had a mouth infection and when it cleared up he wouldn't use his Manuel toothbrush (think he associated it with causing his gums to bleed). So I thought he would enjoy the vibrations of the toothbrush and the soft bristles. Unfortunately, he would just put the toothbrush in his mouth to feel the vibration and not actually brush his teeth. Hopefully in time this will change and this is no refectory on the toothbrush as I felt the make and shape were very good and just the eight size for a toddler.”

“Very pleased with the prompt service and delivery. The only downside was the packing which could have been better. The skittles were not damaged but the presentation box they came in was a bit bent and buckled as it came through the post, which made the toy look a little less smart as a gift which was what I wanted it for.”
