“I posted an anonymous review around April 20, item ordered on March 18, shipped on March 20 to the US. Just received item today, April 27. Hang in there everyone, Covid-19 has shipping really messed up. Still wish there was notification that my item had shipped (never received shipping notification, I had to e-mail Hello Baby) and also wish there was tracking!!”

“I have yet to receive my package but I am very much looking forward to it. I will say that I wish I could track my package. I am located in California, so I would imagine it would take much longer to have my items arrive.”

“Easy and fast shopping experience. Delivery to NZ was quick (used tracked shipping option). The only annoyance on the website was it often defaulted back to GBP instead of staying on my selected setting of NZD. Shipping costs are expensive, but not outrageous.”

“Quick and easy delivery via Royal Mail. Lovely bag maybe not the best packaging as it was a bit squashed when it arrived and with it being leather it maybe would have been better in box. Good promo codes to for new customers which is great. Will be ordered essentials again when I need to. :)”

“Overall quality of the product is great. Although there appeared to be a small manufacturing fault the customer service was outstanding and sent new replacement parts immediately. Would definitely buy from them again”
