“So happy to have this baby seat! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the communication. I never received order or shipment confirmation. I did receive prompt response from customer service regarding my review though so ultimately I am happy with my purchase from Hello Baby.”

“Slight issue with payment which turned out to be a bit of a pain but this was down to the Sage payment system rather than Hello Baby. Once this was resolved delivery was prompt so over all I'm happy. Thanks.”

“Product was shipped shortly after the payment was done, well within the set time. The box that was used for shipping didn't look well (tape all over it, damaged), but the product itself looked just fine.”
