“Not my first Uber trip, but there were some things about this ride that needs attention. The driver arrived as indicated, in a late 90's Mercury, outside with mismatched fenders and body panel showing contact with something other than wind or rain. rain being the only water that had touched the car in a while, when I got in the back seat was a tight squeeze as the front passengers seat was well back and reclined and to add to that the seat pocket was maxed out with a child's odds and ends , had a hard time telling the carpet color being covered with I didn't care to examine, I'm sure it had taken a while to collect the amount in place. It must have been a decorating theme as the rest of the car had that same grunge bling. Looking out the windshield through the various cracks and splits would have made Safelite very happy to get to work. I thought Uber had some sort of standard for the drivers, if so this must be their minimal standard. I was delivered safely and on time, but the environment was one to be remembered. I can appreciate someone wanting to work to make ends meet and work with what they have to get the job done, but a little pride in what you have especially if your going to be carrying passengers who might like a little different decorating theme”

“Had my ride with TEWODROS. Would have given him a 10 if possible! I was leaving Sanford USD ER with a torn meniscus and ACL, previously before booking a ride I was screamed at by a 24 hour taxi company as the person answering the phone had been woken up and yelled at me calling me disrespectful. Not only did my Uber driver show up on time he also showed me incredible concern and care for the pain I was dealing with. I have upcoming appointments for surgery and would select him above any other drivers if he is available!”

“I recently hired an Uber driver to go from Huntington Beach to Santa Ana. His name was Gary. I felt safe. I felt comfortable and thankful for Gary H. I left a sweater in his Uber car. He came back to where he dropped me off maybe 20 minutes later or 25 minutes later and brought me my sweater. What a great guy. thank you from the bottom of my heart Gary. “Our driver Sikuri in Chicago was excellent! He was on time, a safe driver in Chicago 5:00 traffic, that is where we need to go and the right amount of time, absolutely polite and helpful in loading our luggage to the airport, and I would highly recommend him again.”

“I did not order food from Uber, but was eating in at Macdonald's Bentley Bridge Wednesfield, I ordered my food at my table and got up to use toilet, I got me food served to my table and Uber worker who was collecting meal, tapped my on my shoulder and asked me if this my wallet he found on the floor, it was and I was so greatful he was so honest, I offered him some money as I was so pleased I had not lost my wallet but he totally refused. His name was "Andrei Lucian Baisan". He deserves recognition for being so honest. Kevin Keane”

“J was going to split my business with a different transportation company. Never will i leave uber or split my time with any other transportation company, I will always ts continue to use uber,, They are the best very reliable, very understanding,very very considerate, TRUST UBER A B D THERE DRIVERS, I can admit I've had 1 or 2 drivers that can have an attitude but I refuse to let a person having a bad day change my positive energy towards the awesome uber business,, GREAT JOB UBER YOUR BUSINESS IS THE BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR GREAT CITY OF HOUSTON THANK YOU UBER SINCERELY DAVE TENEYUQUE”

Some i reason I cancel my plan. Then I call ola helpline they refunded my money within 5minutes.0% fine. Such a good company uber.”
