There's absolutely no help for drivers. If you need help with an inspection form because it doesn't print there's no help. If you need help with anything with an Uber driver there's absolutely no help they treat us like s***.

Double charging riders, in violation of their contract when riders damage their drivers car, so Uber will not hold rider accountable. Uber discriminates against their drivers, Uber price gouges their riders so often, it makes the old Taxi, running-up-the-meter, drivers look like Angeles

I lost an item in an Uber and the Uber driver found it. Unfortunately we are out of the country so calling the Uber is not an option. I have told Uber support that we can not call and their messages have been taking days to respond!! I keep writing to them asking for solutions on how to contact the Uber driver in different ways and they are making this process so much slower and more difficult then it needs to be. With the stress of leaving the Country soon it doesn’t look like we will get our expensive camera back…. You guys need a better support team that acts faster and actually can resolve problems!!!!

Such a bad experience where company is charging high to their customers without any reason no traffic no waiting no different route still price got increased ola and rapido are far better atleast they don’t increase amount.

Uber has the worst customer service. I am trying to get an answer now for more than a month to why my ride charges increased after the completion of the ride without any prior notice or reasonable explanation. I have been requesting them to clearly explain the reason for unfair charges, retract the excessive charge or restore it to what it was before I chose the ride so I can pay it, but have not got any decent response just chat bot answers. I cannot believe that they think it is okay to just harass a customer with a double charge… I have taken this same route so many times and it has never cost that much. It is all on my records and I have been a regular customer. I did not request any stops or divert my ride. If traffic was bad they can notify and add an amount not just raise the cost to some atrocious amount and expect me to pay it…

It was really unexpected that uber black ride will cheat us.They dropped us in the wrong destination and took full payment.On complaining the in charge was too rude and compelled us to get down.The driver was good but helpless as the incharge was screaming at him too. Action should be taken on such person’s I will never recommend any one to travel with Uber black in Bangalore T 2. They charge high and not all at good in behaviour

Beware of delivering for UBER; THEY WILL ALLOW TIPS TO BE REMOVED DAYS AFTER COMPLETION WITH NO PROOF THE CUSTOMER ACTUALLY REMOVED THE TIP.

I tried for over 2 hours trying to first update my payment form (It didn’t work) and then to cancel a ride that I accidentally sent to the wrong address. I was in chat twice because the instructions to cancel wouldn’t work. Both times they disconnected telling me to check my email. There was no email addressing my problem. Your website isn’t friendly to riders only drivers. Every site I got ahold of was for drivers. I accidentally got the cancel page no thanks to uber. I’m sure I’ve got company with rider problems which you should be addressing. This is truly not acceptable

Uber didn't allow me to review my selection. They sent a driver within five minutes so the driver was here before I could stop. I was charged a cancellation fee for nothing. So do I use uber again or use a taxi?

My son scheduled me a ride in advance an you came early an left me. Canceled on my an charged me a fee. I scheduled for 9:45. Was getting my shoes on. You came at 9:30. I had 15 min.

I ordered gluten free buns on 11 january. on 12 I had my breakfast with same buns but it turned out to be regular buns with gluten in it. I have celiac disease and cannot even tolerate gluten in minor quantity. I tried to report it to uber help but they just don’t reply. This is rediculious

On 1/8/2035 I requested a ride in Fort Lauderdale. The driver didn’t speak any English, his gps was in Spanish, rather than driving to my destination, we ended up at the airport! After a long delay, he dropped us at a wrong address, 6 blocks away in a busy street with no immediate access to a taxi. We had to run 6 blocks to reach the courthouse we were supposed to be! Complaining to Uber via app didn’t help. They tried to hide behind “ethnic diversity” slogan by saying that “our drivers come from different corners of the world…….! What a stupid mentality!

They hire incompetent people that pick up multiple orders and deliver them to the wrong address. The Custmer ends up suffering for it with little to no refund and poor customer service. They need better screening of their drivers
