I don’t know who give access to business with that customer services this call center is totally joke , I feel like I spoke with monkey nobody understand me … I call x10 times problem still is not resolved…

Absolute garbage customer support. I got a new phone number and phone recently, and when trying to log into my account, I accidentally made a duplicate account with the same number. I didn’t realize it was creating a new account. I didn’t have access to my old phone anymore, so I was unsure what email my uber was connected to. After realizing my mistake, I tried to delete the accidental second account through the app. Unfortunately, I kept getting errors saying to contact customer support. Trying to get them to delete the account took way too many useless emails and they still didn’t do it. The responses has nothing to do with the issue I was having and each response was from a different agent, so they were talking in circles. It started when I submitted a ticket explaining my issue and attaching screenshots, and they responded saying they cannot share or create backup codes. Not what I need or even what I inquired about, so unsure what that was mentioned for at all. I have access to both accounts. I know the login information as they are both ME, and I have everything available to verify my identity, so this should be easy right? Wrong. It was an unbelievable waste of time, and I immediately canceled my UberOne subscription, logged out of both accounts, and deleted both Uber and UnerEats. I used the apps at least once a week, and now I can’t even bring myself to use them at ALL based on how absolutely awful that experience was. I’d rather get a tooth pulled. Tried to attach screenshots but of course it says it can’t upload my files and to contact customer support. Just my luck lol

Ordered an Uber to take us to the Prague Castle for a concert. Took a while before a driver accepted. Distance 11 k and ETA 15 minutes. Except 25 minutes later he was still 11 k away. Used the app to cancel this driver and ask for another. In time another driver accepted the ride and eventually picked us up. We confirmed the destination and off we went along the correct route. Suddenly the driver made an illegal u turn in the middle of a business street, drove a short distance and parked. Then he declared the ride over. We missed our conference. When we complained to UBER they avowed that the driver “had completed his route”. Totally false. My suspicion was that he had an opportunity for an airport run but that is only my opinion. The fact that UBER can charge you unfairly for a trip is enough for us to swear off UBER.

Extremely horrendous team. I have a screen capture - i received my ubereats order to find items missing, only got a reply 2+ days later, and they are trying to appease me with a GROCERY voucher which comes with a minimum spend. AND i cant reply to their message back to them. This was a great company with a great experience with their support hubs, that went into the gutter with one of the shittiest CS experiences they evolved into.

Uber is such a company that first it shows good dreams to the people and then sucks the blood of the people and gets the penalty imposed as per its wish from the customers and even from the drivers.Jaipur Rajasthan is going to be closed soon.

I've been charged for Uber one membership without my permission and I did not have a clue about it and I did not ask for it. Funniest thing I heard from Uber support team that I have a shared account with someone who is called Lee and also they won't refund me therefore their system showing my account is shared and he used my account to pay They advised me that contact your bank and show the email you received from us and ask for help and advice . I insist many times I don't have a shared account and finally I was told that I can have a refund but no apology from Uber because it was thier mistake and I did nothing wrong and also they blame someone else to used my account. Just wasting my time and give me so much stress and anxiety . Very unhappy and disappointed

After setting up my ride and getting various quotes, I chose one of the least expensive fares because theyquoted me one price however they then upon drop off decided to add another line item adding $14 to the quoted price. They baited me into taking the fair price and then decided to randomly throw a $14 surcharge onto the fair. I will not use this service again.

Today was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any service. Uber charged me for a trip that I did NOT take. The driver never showed up, I waited, I wasted my time, and instead of helping me, the app kept giving me errors. When I tried to fix it, the support options were confusing and useless. I trusted this company to be reliable, and instead I ended up stressed, confused, and charged for nothing. This is unacceptable. No one should have to go through this. No clear help. No real support. Only frustration. I expected accountability, but instead I got excuses and broken systems. I am extremely disappointed. I will not forget how Uber treated me today. If this is how they handle a simple mistake, people should be very careful using this service. Uber, do better. This was awful.

Yesterday 11-15-2025 I ordered a ride for my son from the gym to home. I was charged $20.92 and then another $26.50. $47.42 in total. Why? It was only supposed to be $ and some change with a $5 tip. I can't get hold of anyone for questions as to why I was charged so much. I'm not happy about the poor customer service us customers get. No live agent to talk to and their damn help site doesn't offer any help with these matters. If I can't get this corrected, I will be in contact with my lawyers on next steps.

On November 1st , I paid $29 to go from the Miami airport to the cruise ship terminal. On November 15 when returning from the cruise , the UBER app showed the same price to go from the cruise ship terminal to the Miami airport. When they sent me my bill it showed $56.91 . No explanation just when it's busy they can surcharge. What a rip off , could have hired a taxi for less.

Very disappointed ged up with uber cancelling orders, delaying deliveries and continuously sending cold inedible food. Complaints team have not been helpful, just a robot- refusing to order from here ever again

I’m in a very difficult financial and physical situation, and sometimes I have no choice but to order food or make purchases through Uber or other delivery services. In North Vancouver, I ordered food from a restaurant that’s only about a 10-minute drive from my home for my child, who had just come back from school and was hungry. However, the driver who picked up my order was about an hour and a half away from my house. I canceled the order because it was going to take far too long and my child was hungry. But when I canceled, Uber charged me a $90.24 cancellation fee — the full amount of the order. In what part of the world do they take the entire payment as a cancellation fee? When I contacted them, they were rude and disrespectful, saying they wouldn’t refund the money — and when they saw that I insisted, they hung up on me. Unfortunately, Uber has fallen into the hands of dishonest and deceitful people.
