They never accept any mistake from there side and it’s absolutely waste of time. I truly wish some alternate companies come to play soon. I am sure, uber will loose its customer footprint very soon.

This morning i ordered a ride from gravesend to slade green i was charge £37.74 for ride that is less than 15miles. Uber didnt notify there was a price surge. Stop ripping people off people work so had. And moreover on your app this no option to to write concern.. uber ripping the masses please refund my money

Fraud or double pricing scheme On 12/12/2025 at 6:49 am, I used Uber for a ride in Edmonton, 13.23 km away, which took 21 minutes and cost me 46.80 CAD. What caused this price for this type of service is something that has started to happen frequently and is too reminiscent of Uber's intention to charge double for the service. Namely, when ordering an Uber, I looked at the price, which was around 20 CAD, and within a minute, up to two regular Uber options disappeared and only the Uber X service appeared, at the price I stated above. What happens is, the first time you look at the option, the Uber application remembers it and the next time it intentionally does not allow you to use the regular Uber option, but only Uber X. So they charge double for the same service. I will no longer use the Uber service, because the classic Taxi costs me cheaper, and I would advise you to do your research before confirming the Uber service.

Chatted with 3 Indian agents in a row regarding a glitch on the app that didnt let me complete registration. repeating same simple sentence at least 5 times to each guy. yet they continued asking me to fill the application that was glitching and showing no options. eventually they all left the chat rudely. without providing any help. they just said are you still there and immediately after disconnected. worst customer service ever!.

My order never arrived, tried to get a refund was told It didn't qualify as the driver tried to contact me and waited for 9 minutes, I was waiting outside for 20 minutes for the delivery and my phone never rang, contacted the seller to be told I had to contact Uber who totally disregarded my complaint

Even though I have clear evidence, Uber keeps ignoring it as if they are too bothered to review anything properly. Instead of looking at the facts, they continue to protect the driver no matter what. It feels like Uber is more interested in defending their workers than protecting customers’ safety. I honestly don’t understand where my money went or why I’m being charged when the driver took everything. If Uber refuses to take responsibility, I will have no choice but to report this to my insurance and escalate it further. Uber’s handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and completely unfair.

You are taking advantage of people. I paid for a $15 ride only for it to be cancelled. So I go back to request another ride and you want $50!!! What a rip off!!!

Two things I’m trying to follow up on but they have clearly set up their sites to make it as difficult as possible to get anywhere. 1. Two random charges have appears 2 months after our travel. No explanation or opportunity to query. 2. Took two hours to deliver a meal, that was wrong, did nothing to resolve and at 2300 issued a refund and no compensation. We sat in waiting for non existent food to arrive. Shambles. Would love to discuss concerns with someone but not efforts seem to be there to try and help. The only reason they get 1 is because I can’t give lower. I’d have loved to see customer service remedy the situation but they are non existent

Uber has a terrible system for customer service! We placed an order for food and specifically asked for a certain type of fish because my son is allergic to others. Especially gmo food. He ended up having an allergic reaction and uber won’t even answer my help request! Shame on you uber!

I'm done attempting to use your app. I have no trouble getting a ride to my destination - getting a ride home - FORGET IT. There are NEVER any drivers available. Period. I can't even schedule a damn ride. 3 freaking times I've been stranded & scrambling to find a taxi or some other ride service. No thanks. Done using Uber.

I have an issue that needs to be resolved. However, to my surprise and disappointment there are no longer any actual customer service agents. I spent over an hour communicating with an A1 bot that never fully understood the issue! I just renewed my uber one pass a few months ago and I never would have renewed if I realized there were no customer service agents! The worst customer support ever!

I wish there was an alternative especially for taxi so i can stop using them. Delivery for food showed picked up 8:05pm. Driver marked order as delivered at 20:18 when it wasn’t. I had to find his number to call him. he said was 10 minutes away from me. I had to text my address…i got my food at 20:40 and it was cold. uber offered me refund of £1.70 for a £45 order. When i challenged it they just said “refunded £1.70 issue is resolved”

When going to leave a tip (i was in Poland), the uber app is very deceiving.It will ask you for a tip amount prior to arrival at your destination which I select but does not acknowledge. once you're at the destination, it will prompt you to pay the amount and then ask you a tip amount (again). So basically you wind up double tipping without even realizing it. Uber offered me a credit in the amount of the tip but I do not want a credit.I want my money back. In the future, I will no longer tip an uber driver. To bad for Uber and having a deceptive app. I would actually rather pay more and know that i'm not being deceived than go through uber

Uber drivers drive away without picking you up and charging you for the ride. The say that you are a no show but really you want the ride that's why you booked the ride but these Yahoos just drive away I called my cc company because they did this four times in a week

They put 7 different holds on my card to the point it over drafted. Hard to get a response back and they say I still owe them. They charged me over 300 dollars

Was recently ordered uber only for it to be stolen and I was charged as long as some of my belongings I was able to track down and deal with the thievery but the theft of my cc to drive someone else around as I was stranded wont be using this service again absolutely horrible customer service
