I ordered an uber the driver came to the property and left and the app showed I was on board uber charged me and there was no help eventualy I had to dispute thru cc company On different occasion I ordered food it was never delivered and I still got charged once again I had to dispute thru cc company and that was the end of it I will never use uber for anything again

Current Uber drivers are a disgrace,they have no idea of finding CLEAR destinations.3 times in a week :1 took me to the wrong destination and Uber has the audacity to charged me more because of the driver no clue on GPS.The other never found me and he said he arrived when he never did and never answered his phone when I called and they charged me cancelation fee R10 when I NEVER cancelled, he did.The other one never arrived and he said he did and on top he asked me to walk where he was and at the end with all the wait of clueless driver the trip went from about R159 to R197!!! so it costed me almost R40 more because of their negligence to find a place and ME the customer have to pay for their mistakes . Terribly disappointed and OUT of pocket because of Uber. I think they are very much in pair with non existent quality like Bolt so why pay more when now is the same thing. I DID NOT cancelled ANY trip ever !!!

I have been an Uber customer for years, but this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I was charged £73.93 for a 16-minute UberX journey from Luton Airport to my home (approximately 10.5 miles). Uber’s explanation was simply “surge pricing.” I understand that dynamic pricing exists, but I struggle to accept that almost £74 for a 16-minute journey can be considered fair. The driver accepted my trip almost immediately, arrived within minutes, there was no traffic, no queues at the airport, and the journey was completed in just 16 minutes. Even the driver was surprised when I told him how much I had been charged. He told me he would receive approximately £30 for the trip and even asked me to send him the receipt during the journey because he wanted to see the fare himself. What makes this even harder to understand is what happened the following night. My husband travelled using Bolt from King’s Cross to RM8 at approximately 1:30 a.m. His journey lasted 38 minutes—more than twice as long as mine—in one of the busiest parts of London. His total fare was £30. I appreciate that Uber and Bolt have different pricing models, but it is impossible not to question how a journey that was more than twice as long, in a much busier area, could cost less than half of what Uber charged me. The most disappointing part was not even the fare—it was the way Uber handled my complaint. I received generic explanations about surge pricing, a £7 refund, a £20 Uber credit instead of addressing the actual issue, and eventually I was told that Uber considered the matter closed and would not respond to any further messages. I sent one final response explaining why I still believed the fare was unreasonable. That message was simply ignored. After this experience, I genuinely regret choosing Uber that night. I had just arrived alone at Luton Airport after an emotionally exhausting medical journey and simply wanted to get home safely. Instead, I was left feeling that fairness came second to maximising revenue. My advice to anyone travelling from Luton Airport is simple: always compare prices with other transport providers before booking an Uber. It could save you a significant amount of money. Sadly, Uber has completely lost my trust.

Uber stole money from me twice in one day...I was shown one price for my ride but when I booked it...it was much more!!! I cannot get a live person to explain my issue and the app doesn't understand the problem!!!! I will be disputing the charges with my bank!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They throw you to the AI and if you eventually reach a human they say the same things as the AI, to the point that I’m semi convinced there are no human representatives. Evil.

I was connected to Devdutt regarding an issue with my Uber Eats. Now where we rather connect an actual person Devdutt ended up being an example of a person who is AI dependent. I’d not be surprised if he just used AI for his correspondence. Then he end the chat while I was still typing. Zero customer service, uber support needs to start reviewing their “employee” *cough cough* AI dependent. If I could review an individual negative stars I would do so today with Devdutt AI.

Worst service ever I used. I have made an application to be delivery driver and I had to pay for it and I had to verify my id through their nominated third party and there wasn't enough instructions and results came as not successful butI have done the same process for Just Eat they came as successful without payment. I tried to contact uber support and explained the situation and they told me they gonna send me a link but they haven't and I am still waiting more than 5 months. To be honest its terrible experience ever i had.

Uber support is probably one of the worst support systems I’ve ever seen, they don’t always help you and this time they chose to ignore me for 4 days in a rown after sending me the same automated response 3 times

I had multiple pending and extra charges that I did not understand and the process to try and resolve the issues was very frustrating and impersonal. I still do not see them resolved on my credit card. I spent to much of my life on the issues and I don't intend to use the service in the future

Uber is price gouging!!!!! I understand people need to make a living but all in the Spain of 10min i seen a ride from my home to the airport go from $20 all the way to $120 and then back down to $30 and it says its all based on demand ....no the app is price gouging!!!! that flux is absurd!!!!

Tried getting an uber for the first time. Uber wanted me to walk 1/4 mile to get picked up when every other uber I saw came straight to my hotel. 2nd uber didn’t speak English and didn’t even give me time to get to where he was. Will never attempt uber again.

Pre-booked taxi for my daughter on a family that never showed up. When trying to contact them to ask what happened they repeatedly state that she need to contact them even though I am the one paying for everything. My daughter does not know how to do a complaint and it should be enough that I contact them in this matter. Super ignorant and they are not interested in trying to help me.

The Uber offered me first ride at free of cost but the driver charged the ride saying the company didnt pay them so they charge by meter. It's fake offer company giving. Very bad experience with the first ride 😕

Uber tell your stupid drivers to stop using Waze as GPS is taking forever to get to the point you want because they want to see where is cameras !!! every time because of this for a place that takes 5 minutes to arrive i arrive for 15 instead ! That’s so stupid i’m not paying for this every time to be late !!!

Booked a ride from airport in ny to Brooklyn that cost $90 only to ding out it was a shared ride and I could have got a Yellow Cab for the same price that was not a shared ride. The trip took 2hours in order to drop the 1 rider off in Queens. the trip shoos have taken 45 min. The apple is clunky and hard to navigate or call for support. Won’t be taking Urber again. .

I cannot find a number or email address anywhere to contact about my issue. They just lost a customer thanks to the lack of customer support and the fact that their gift cards are made of paper and when I went to tear the code off, it tore the entire thing, wasting $100 that was given as a gift, i do not have the receipt as i was not the one who purchased. Fix your gift cards this is ridiculous

Uber had me waiting for an hour and stated there drivers were to busy to pick me up but if I chose the more expensive ride then I would not have a problem it was triple the price to go 5 miles no thank you, I did Lyft and it was half the price and I got picked up with I 10 mins.
