Constant cancelations, very unreliable service, why do you allow drivers to accept a booking only to cancel 5 minutes later, if a driver excepts a trip they should be obligated to complete it.

Very bad...... people using abuse word in night time ...and demanded extra money....and after that uber also ...charge unsassary.....I don't know...my account in minus..... very bad service of uber........I am very disappointed....worst service....

This is a fraud company with B grade unhygienic cars and dangerous drivers. The final fare is always higher than initial estimate. They refuse to refund.

DO NOT TRUST UBER AT ALL. THEY ARE USELESS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH My brother was on a business trip in Cape Town , He called for a Uber driver to collect him at the Hellenic Community Centre en Cape town. Between 22h00 and 23h00. The uber driver driving a silver Avanza. Not even 1 minute after fetching my brother, they robbed and threw him out of the car, stole his phone, and said that "my gang will kill him if he does not give the phone... " Uber is suppose to be trustworthy , this could have been his life that has ended

Uber support accepted they booked a cab for me and it was all planned and due to be paid and that they just cancelled AT THE EXACT time leaving me stranded. Utterly useless and couldn’t do anything. No cabs for 2 hours either. At treble the cost. Not helpful and just seems to accept this is what was happening.

The driver went to the wrong address. I tried to tell him where to go but he couldn’t speak English and probably could not read street signs so he just left and never picked me up. Uber must have blocked my calls because every time I tried to call - the call dropped. They had the nerve to charge me a cancellation charge. I called my bank to dispute it. A bunch of illegal morons.

I needed to resolve a charge that was incorrect. I tried the Uber app, and after many dead ends and start-overs, I realized that none of the available pigeonholes was a good fit for my specific problem, and there is nowhere where you can just state what the problem is. The website is decidedly NOT user friendly, and definitely NOT intuitive. So, I decided to try to contact Customer Support by phone. Big mistake. There seems to be a direct line for drivers, but not for riders. Of the only numbers I could locate on the site, one was a dead end, and one was answered by some kind of scam, offering me a free distress signal device, and started to offer more valuable prizes when I hung up. I went back to the app, filled out a form that came the closest to possibly being useful, and hit send. We'll see if they actually respond. If I could have rated Uber Customer Support for riders at negative 2 stars, I would. stars. I the future, I will be checking out Lyft first.

They are not paying drivers what the contract states the ceo make 39.4 million a year that is cause they are not paying us for our work and breaching the contract he lives in a 17.9 million dollar mansion and we pay for it sorry business practices and breach of contract

Constantly repeating the same information for it to be ignored. Having to start 5-6 chats a day to try and get an issue addressed. Being told different information by every agent. Being told I don’t have relevant documents when the evidence has literally been sent to them in the Same conversation. Shitshow

We prebooked an Uber (2 days in advance) for a ride from LaHavre Port to Paris hotel. Ride confirmed waited half hour past departure time to be told no driver available. Tried to cancel was given option to book immediate ride at almost twice the price. Not cool! Hired at taxi (for an extra $250) Will not trust UBER again for time sensitive ride.

Hello, I ordered two XL funeral flower baskets for $497.18 through your platform in Toronto. The listing did not state a 2-day delivery timeframe until after I placed the order. These were urgently needed for a funeral and became useless due to the delay. I canceled immediately once I saw the timeframe. I have full cancellation documentation and proof that no flowers were delivered. This was an extremely sensitive occasion, and this experience added unnecessary stress to a difficult time.

I pre reserved an uber as I needed to catch an urgent train in Euston Station, the app repeatedly said the driver was on the way then it didn’t turn up at all, took the Money, and no explanation. Even though my setting are on automatic for another driver if one cancels no one came. … I missed my train and the whole day cost me more money. Uber has gone from Bad to Worse. Lazy drivers and very unreliable now… This is not the first time this has happened. For women this is no longer a reliable service to get home, been left waiting and waiting and then cancelled trips repeatedly. The trouble is Uber has got to greedy with there customers and completely lowered their standards of reliability and safety.

Hello I want file a complain regarding in my previous Booked UberX Driver Name Habibulla, That I have a total of 33.93 QR Booked as I paid 35 QR and the Driver gave 1 QR as change, but as said by Driver that I still have 23 QR Balance complained out of nowhere even though I given the amount needed as payment with change of 1 QR from Driver, as For the inside of that Uber Car with no AC On and have this uncomfortable smell. Driver drop me my location 1:10 pm exactly but driver didn’t finish my trip thats why i get extra payment which not my mistake. UberX Driver Name: Habibulla Plate number: 19917

I had a ride that I booked yesterday for this morning and it was confirmed. My car is broke down and i needed a ride to work!! At 7am pick up time i get a message saying they couldn't find a driver. Wtf kind of service is this??? I could lose my job for not showing up. Thankfully I got someone to take me. This is the worst service ever!!

I requested and Uber ride on Uber XL and it pulled up $65 for about a 30 mile ride. Weather was fine, traffic normal, the ride was fine, etc., but Uber then charged my card $302. I consider it criminal, being robbed of over $200 for one ride. Uber "support" supposedly reviewed the charge and determined it was fine. Unbelievable. Last time I use that service. Beware.

Useless rip off merchants. Beyond incompetent, and by a distance. BOLT ride hailing in the UK is infinitely superior. SO PLEASED THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE TO UBER DEADBEATS!

I found out I was paying $9.55 per month for a uber one account I never signed up for. Customer service said they could cancel the membership but would send it to a email service that would contact me. They sent a email to send them details and then they stopped contact. Absolutely horribly run organization
