I could not find a place in their help.uber.com where I can file a general complaint. My husband and I had an uber ride scheduled a week in advance through UCLA Medicare prestige plan. We scheduled the ride well in advance of my husband’s doctor’s appointment do we would not be late. Needless to say the time kept getting later and later to the point where we were going to miss his appointment. Uber should not contact with companies where rides aren’t guarantee!! Very upsetting experience.

I've been trying to resolve a so called safety issue that has nothing to do with the current vehicle on the app for well over 4 weeks and was told it was too do with my accident 12 months ago which the vehicle at the time was written off and that they need to re instate the current vehicle which had nothing to do with that accident but I get the common response each time stating someone will be in touch with 24hrs but I get no response at all. This is becoming a real problem which needs attention. I'm tired of constantly calling support and getting no where on this matter. I've asked to lodge a formal complaint but again I get no response. I just want this resolved so I can deliver again. I'm seriously considering taking legal action and also going to another platform for work.

Extremely disappointing service. The fare shown was ₹1614.93, but the driver demanded ₹2200 at the time of pickup and refused the ride otherwise. Being alone with my child in a new place, I had no choice but to agree. After the ride, he again increased the amount. Totally unacceptable behavior. Worst app and worst drivers.Uber is the worst app. There is no rule —drivers only demand money in the name of Uber.

Uber charged me a booking fee of 1/3 the price of the ride which was $24 and charged me a booking fee of $8.95 which I am sure did not go to the driver. Terrible business practice will never use Uber again. There are a lot of options and alternatives. For me to give this review, I had to navigate for about 15 minutes.

Our driver took us to the wrong location in the middle of a secluded industrial area. Then he insisted we exit the vehicle. We explained that it was the wrong destination, but he said that was where his "pin" was. We had to order another Uber at twice the cost of the original ride. Our driver was absolutely no help and told us he would ",loose money" if he had to take us to the correct location. Our personal safety was jeopardized. I infrequently use Uber and was involved in another bad experience last year. We were also told to exit the vehicle on that trip and find another ride (with no help) after the driver rear ended a vehicle at an exit ramp. NO MORE Uber for me!

There is a scam going on in Uber Bangalore Airport taxis. We booked Uber Prime. Most of their Prime vehicles are CNG, making a very small boot space. We have 4 strolled bags. Uber support team asked to wait for the non-CNG vehical, which was fine. However, there is 1 petrel/diesel after 5 to 6 CNG vehicles. We kept waiting. The diesel/petrol vehicle drivers also denied taking all the luggage in their cabs, because they have occupied 20% of the boot space with their own luggage. And they were not ready to keep any of the bags in the front seat. However, all the CNG cabs are allowing to keep luggage in front. What is the expectation from the people travelling from airport? Should they come without luggage? In addition, we travelled from home to airport in a CNG vehicle with all the same amount of luggage few days back, without any trouble. They why was is not allowed on the return trip? Uber is running a big scam on Airport. People are bound to take the higher segment cabs which are double the cost. After waiting and fighting for 1 hour, we canceled uber and booked some other cab.

I called Uber to try to get help with booking ahead, local pickup/dropoff recommendations for large events, and got the basic we'll send you general info through your account (which I DON'T HAVE an account and they never verified details). Calling them seems a waste of time, not help/advice given. Will look for other transportation avenues to spend my money on.

Uber support never working properly the same issue no get clear answer always around almost every 10 business day the same I think your boss people is working from home even sometime is the connection is not working good maybe working from another country home I tried to talk with manager hard to find them the manager. I am very tired, almost 5 months. It’s not tell me you submit it ok or not my document. I renew all my document almost 5 time. example, if tell me Sammy your police check background check and then I saw me I sent them and the next day after 10 business day he say again Sammy your document is not good. The same thing happen almost 5 months.

I was recently experienced food poisoning and I was sick for approximately 3-4 days. When I reached out to uber support they were so rude and inefficient. They immediately denied any resolution and said I don’t have proof of it being a food quality issue. When I informed them I have the hospital records they said no and denied it. When I tell you I will never use Uber for anything I 100% mean it. They are money hungry and don’t care about customers.

I had to fly of of Albuquerque New Mexico Monday 4/13. The rubber app suggested i be picked up at 5:05 am. My Flight boards at 7:15 am and leaves atv7:30 am. I get canceled at 5:08 am by uber leaving me stranded tocatch my plane!

My Uber account was used by a third party to book a ride that I did not authorize. Uber billed me $7.01 for the service that I did not receive. I complained to Uber. I sent Uber the billing info. Uber has ignored my request to refund my money. It seems that once Uber gets your credit card number you'll be charged. This was an unjust confiscation of my money.

The WORST transport app ever! Even if I add extra tip money to my ride, it won't book a single rider. Had the worst experience. Never expected that I'd be giving Uber a 1 star because it was my favourite app. But here we are, I'd give a star less than one star if there was one.

I RESERVED an UBER for a ride to bus station at 5:00 am. The day of… I got a text saying my driver would be in touch at 4:40. At 5 I received a text say “sorry there are no Uber drivers available. The bus was taking me to Logan Airport. I missed my flight because WHY?? I reserved to be guaranteed a ride ahead of time. UBER is totally unreliable! Never Again!!!!

Terrible! While the 1st contact is with a human being, they then pass you to their “experts”, which are just robots with the wrong scripts. I have a teenager account setup issue, which blocks because of payment method verification issue in the parent account. The robot treated this as a user setup issue and they ask that my son (13 years old, who does not even own a card of his own) calls them to explain the issue. They closed my case 🤕🤕🤕

I placed an order at 6:46 PM and cancelled it just two minutes later at 6:48 PM. Despite cancelling almost immediately, I was charged $61.02 on what was approximately a $70 order. When I contacted customer support to ask why I was being charged, I was told this was a cancellation fee. I explained that if I was essentially being charged for the order anyway, I would still like to receive the food. However, they declined and told me I would have to place — and pay for — a completely new order. This is extremely poor customer service. Charging customers nearly the full cost of an order they never received, and then refusing to provide the order unless they pay again, feels unfair and unreasonable. From a customer’s perspective, it comes across as being charged for food that was never delivered. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and expected much better support and flexibility, especially given that the cancellation happened within two minutes.
