I ordered gluten free buns on 11 january. on 12 I had my breakfast with same buns but it turned out to be regular buns with gluten in it. I have celiac disease and cannot even tolerate gluten in minor quantity. I tried to report it to uber help but they just don’t reply. This is rediculious

On 1/8/2035 I requested a ride in Fort Lauderdale. The driver didn’t speak any English, his gps was in Spanish, rather than driving to my destination, we ended up at the airport! After a long delay, he dropped us at a wrong address, 6 blocks away in a busy street with no immediate access to a taxi. We had to run 6 blocks to reach the courthouse we were supposed to be! Complaining to Uber via app didn’t help. They tried to hide behind “ethnic diversity” slogan by saying that “our drivers come from different corners of the world…….! What a stupid mentality!

They hire incompetent people that pick up multiple orders and deliver them to the wrong address. The Custmer ends up suffering for it with little to no refund and poor customer service. They need better screening of their drivers

Hi, I booked a ride today around 4:00 pm with an uber driver. I was late for approx 3 minutes. So when I just entered the car the driver started saying you guys make we wait and very rudely he said you guys booked the ride and then forgot to come. I haven’t said anything to him but when I came home then I realised that they charged us extra for that waiting time. So I was like if he charged us extra then why he was being rude.i found him so impatient , unprofessional and rude . So for me that was a very bad experience.

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW IF I CAN. FOR UBBER SUPPORT, I AM TRYING TO DO IT FOR THE LAST 20 DAYS. EVERY TIME I AM GETTING EITHER WRONG OR HALF OF THE INFORMATION, I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT MY MATTER HAS BEEN ALREADY ESCALATED, BUT IT'S ACTUALLY NOT. I WILL APPRECIATE IT IF THE RESOLUTION AND SUPPORT TEAM WILL HAVE A LOOK AT THERE! THANK YOU FOR READING!

Uber has the worst support system for drivers. You can be a platinum level and still not good good support. It’s almost impossible to reach a person.

U guys are very very very very worst all the drivers are asking extra money which is not fare even 10, 20 is fine the drivers are asking 50 and 60 it is not fare at all then why u guys are mention one amt while booking very worst service

$120.00 on my account & unable to use it due to crappy verification as a passenger for many, many years. I'm an old man that barely gets around and always tips. Uber has become a horrible company & customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. 😳 What is going on?

we ordered an Uber when we landed at Midland Airport messaged the driver we were just gathering our lugguage and when we came out of the airport to meet up with the driver he had cancelled our trip . Because he cancelled the trip we were charged the fee. we ended up in another Uber who was sitting there waiting for a fair. If the driver cancels the fair then there should not be a cancellation fee charged to the rider. May have to consider alternate options if this is how they conduct business

I would, have given a zero stars if possible.....as this is not the first time uber rider cancelled the ride after making me wait for a long time. But today I booked an Uber to pick me, at pune railway station. I even added rs. 50 as extra charge so that I get a confirmed ride as I had luggage with me. It showed a 15 min wait time for which I patiently waited even when it took a couple extra minutes as I was able to see on the map the cab was a 100m away from me when it changed its route. On calling the driver he says I am taking a u turn and then the timer changed and increased to 10 min. There's no proper customer support as well on Uber. Bad service no customer support. Does Uber service providers really think that wasting their customer's time is their usp? I don't know but I guess...yes.

Ordered food on Uber eats, the food arrived over an hour late from what they had estimated and was ice cold when I got lt. The AI chat bot they use for issues is less than useless and Uber support hasn't even bothered setting up and automatic email to notify you that they have received your ticket. They have no support number or email to contact and the chat bot is only capable of say sorry and won't connect you to an actual person to try and resolve your issue. I have heard literally nothing about my issue after 6 days. The app says i have a ticket in, but i have no way of viewing it. Uber has hands down the worst customer service I have ever seen, honestly it would be more accurate to say they dont have any at all.

Trying to book a flight return pick up but app does not recognise the flight, and it is impossible to get help. This needs improving or a better company will deserve to take over

Very expensive, app has no logical steps. I am in Regina Sk, and to schedule an UBer would have costed me 38 dollars. I booked instead with a local company, and same ride costed me 10.25 plus tip. Forget about UBER

I ordered food and specified no sauce as a special request. The request was followed except for the chips, which, in any case, didn't specify and kind of sauce on the menu. I've been told repeatedly by the AI that they can't guarantee special requests, despite stating clearly that the special request didn't apply to the chips as no sauce was specified on the menu. No refund, no help, therefore no longer a customer of this app.

I had a deeply upsetting experience with Uber that felt like racial discrimination. The driver accepted my trip and drove to within about two minutes of my location. I was clearly visible, standing outside waiting. The driver looked at me, then deliberately turned the car around and drove away without any explanation or attempt to contact me. I contacted Uber immediately to report what happened. Their response was completely inadequate. I was told they would “file a report,” but no reason was given for the driver’s behaviour, no meaningful support was offered, and no replacement ride was arranged. I was also not properly assisted with my refund. As a result, I was left standing alone for over 30 minutes at midnight in London. Anyone familiar with the city knows that this is not a situation where a passenger should be abandoned, especially after being rejected by a driver for no clear reason. This experience made me feel unsafe, ignored, and undervalued as a customer. Uber’s lack of urgency or care suggests that unless you are a high-spending customer, your safety and dignity are not a priority. I expected far better from a company of this size.

ya, i had a security issue with a driver and it took uber over 4 days to respond to it. Not a person either, an automated reply saying they are unable to refund or make alterations. All i asked was to speak to someone. They give the absolute worst service to riders.
