I’m seriously disappointed with Uber right now. I reserved a ride through the app with no issues, but when I tried to reserve my return trip, I was charged without any confirmation that the reservation was actually unsuccessful. I’m still not sure if the return ride is booked or if I was just charged for nothing. What makes it worse is the customer service—there’s barely any real support, and getting answers feels impossible. It honestly seems like something is going wrong within the company, because the whole experience has felt disorganized and unprofessional. I expected better from a company of this size.

This arrogant uber driver decried to give my food away to someone else when I told him the simplest of instructions!! He decided to hang up and not pick up my calls and give my food away !! Took a picture of someone else’s house and tried to hide the number whereas he’s not smart cos you can see the number and that is not my house !! I need my refund back immediately

The driver knew he was driving without a license, had a cracked windshield which is illegal, he couldn’t take me all the way to my actual drop off location at The Great Outdoors RV & Golf Resort I had to sit in the security guard shack and wait for a relative to show up I doubt if the uber driver even has a license he says he knew about the windshield and was going in and out of traffic on I-95 I requested a full refund!! This driver Jose needs to be terminated from Uber

Hello, I am making a serious complaint about my recent order from Algha Shawarma. I placed the order around 3 PM, and it is now 6 PM and I still have not received anything. The driver never contacted me, never tried to reach me, and never delivered my food. It looks like the driver simply took the order and ate it, because nothing was delivered to my address. I reached out to Uber support, and the response was extremely disappointing. It feels like Uber does not care about the customer experience — only about taking money. I paid for my order, waited for hours, and received absolutely nothing in return. I expect Uber Eats to fully investigate this driver, explain what happened to my order, and take real action to prevent this from happening again. This situation is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I want answers, not excuses. Thank you.

I purchased a $200.00 gift card for a friend who is going through chemo. The receipt came to my email but she has not received the e - gift card. I did 2 "chats" right away looking for support. The first abruptly ended the chat saying they dont cancel or reimburse orders. Never checked to see what might have happened. The second chat escalated the case and said I would hear from them within 12 hours. Nothing but a form email stating they would investigate...... they dont have any details to investigate. How does an international company operate like this ? Not a fan ....

Multiple terrible experiences, in several different countries. Disgusting service, an absolute rip off and drivers who could not care less about their customers. In addition, trying to call customer service results in an automated "goodbye" with an automatic hang up. Never again will I use uber and I strongly discourage anyone else from using this company.

they are all incompetent, we pay to uber almost 30% from the rider's fee and we don't have the support when needed.

So I had a an order with Uber eats and the guy that picked up the order was in the same place for 2 hours he was 8 min away from my estate and when I looked up him number he has been doing this for long so Uber cancelled my order not the Uber driver and I still after a month have not received my refund.

It doesn't exist. Its now 100% AI powered. The AI will not connect you to a person when it cant fix your issue and actually ends the chat when you ask how to get ahold of a person to speak to someone real about your actual issue! Not to mention the surge times!!! My usual route cost around 18-20 dollars and sometimes a few dollars more for surge times. Today they want 78 DOLLARS for a 10 minute ride across our small city! And why? Because I happen to work in the shopping district.... where everyone is wanting to either go to or go home... here's an idea, uber car pool cause no working class person can afford to spend the equivalent of what they just earned for an entire days work just to get home that day! Ended up taking a taxi instead, 0 wait time and cost the same as an uber would have. Lastly route selection! The AI actually recommended i use a feature that uber does not even have to set a route preference. Meanwhile while trying to get home its selecting the longest route possible and even one that leaves the city entirely so an extea cost to take the hiway which I did not want. I cannot select to stay within the city and am forced to pay the extra amount even if the driver takes the inner city route anyway. Complaints all to fall on deaf ears since there is no one in the company that cares. Ive been using uber since the day it started in our city and this is the lowest I've seen this money hungry company sink to suck its consumers dry. What a pathetic excuse for a consumer based company. News flash to the CEO or any other luxury office worker within this corrupt company, if your consumers all stop using your services you have nothing left. People want to speak to people not computers. If I wanted to argue with a machine id yell at my freezer, atleast it cannot hang up on me.

Uber cares about Uber money. No customer service no respect no accountability. The agents will gang up on you in mid sentence and so will supervisor The drivers share accounts, steal, can't speak or understand what your saying,smell bring friends and family along, drivers who can't see, who take lunch breaks while your in the car, drive while under the influence, drive different cars, they give you limits time to cancel but put you on hold for 11 minutes. . Cars and drivers smell like the Bottom of the swamp. Some cars are so dirty your scared to sit. They don't care about you or the drivers

Firstly, the help options only talked about driver or vehicle issue. My issue is about the mobile app. When you go back one screen, say to update the location, it resets the date and time of the booking. So, I updated the location only to find out that I had called a ride immediately- which I had to cancel. I was then charged a cancellation fee and upon disputing the fee I had to explain what the driver did wrong. There was no option to state that the mobile app had reset my pickup date and time. Fundamental flaw in app. The user data should never be rewritten without approval from the user. Support is BS.

When you ask to speak to someone else because you genuinely can't understand their English, they hang up on you. When you ask to speak to a manager they hang up on you. Just stay away from this company they don't care about you.

They do not help you. They hang up on you constantly and do not help you solve any of the issues. I’ve tried to cancel a subscription I didn’t know I had and they will not help me. And then they began hanging up on me.

HORRIBLE- customer service sucks-- I have been sending messages about the same issue for a month- they do not read my messages ask the same questions over and over - and they cut and paste their response. Their response's are not answering or helping my issues. Also, I can tell they are not reading my messages or looking at the pictures they have requested me to send- as they keep asking the same things. It is very upsetting. I know this is a huge company and their lack of empathy and respect for their customers and drivers is deplorable...

Uber i am Al for hiring everyone but it’s been very hard communicating with your courier service when they don’t speak English. 3 cancelled rides due to lack of communication and they don’t speak English. Wasted my time and my money
