How are you going to charge 91 dollars for a ride and only pay the uber driver 35 dollars. The uber driver even told me how completely unfair this is.

'Uber minutes' are like 3-4 x real minutes. The app messaging states oh just a few minutes away, which is often rubbish. A driver allegedly 3 min away just took 20, at 11.30pn in Huddersfield. This app does not respect your safety.

Im still waiting for a ride at 4:30am and i need a ride to get to work on time but uber isnt making it easy tryinng to get to my truck . Now showing no available drivers in a highly populated area

Uber has started to overcharge and on top of that they have started asking for tips and when matter reported to grievance team they are rude

Criminal. After waiting for 3 hours my order was marked as delivered. Except it wasn't. I spent hours arguing for refund and being told I wasn't eligible. I eventually got a partial refund. For the food. Apparently they think they get to keep the drivers tip for the order he didn't deliver. I'm never using Uber again

This is the worst plataform I been 3 year on a background check with them and they still reviewing my documents it doesn’t make any sense and if you wanna talk to customer service, they don’t have that they only want you to send them text message. I think this is not the way you run a platform.

I used Uber eats to deliver my food. I even gave the drivers a tip I had to cancel my order because they kept changing drivers/delivery drivers like five times plus the time kept changing. Remind you I am at work on lunch break while this is happening. My total cost of food was $55. They charge me the whole $55 because I canceled my food. I only have 30 minutes to wait on my food not a hour or two but AnyWho, thank you Uber eats we will never use you all again. Hope it was worth the services

If u could give uber support zero stars, i would. I’ve been going back and forth with them on a random $1 expense that is not a hold and is not accounted for on any of my receipts. I explained multiple times that I need all amounts accounted for via a receipt for business expense purposes and was given no help fixing the issue. Over the course of our messages, the random $1 was never clarified and different customer service representatives on the same chain kept changing the reason. It went from “it’s likely a hold on your account - wait a few days” to “this is within the estimated range for your trip”. I explained that I didn’t even care about the expense (though it was frustrating they couldn’t even pin down the reason for it) I just needed an updated receipt. They kept avoiding the question and closing the message chain (saying they completed the help request).

Uber is a scam they lure you in with there competitive price's and once you're comfortable, they become unreliable, they will post a time of pickup and without warning cancel your trip and charge you double the price for the trip that you didn't even take. I have mad patience and respect for Businesses that truly care about their customers. Uber is honestly taking advantage of people. I personally went through many false charges on my bank account. I advice everyone to spend the extra money and deal with "Lyft", they're a much more organized and people friendly company.

Uber customer support is TERRIBLE. My account was hacked. I sent Uber two message through the app and ZERO reply and it has been almost 48 hours. There is no phone number to call. The only number I found was was the main corporate number that the SEC requires them to have, but it's not even manned and yuou get a voice message saying they only have a phone number for regulatory purposes in California for privacy related concerns. So I tried that in order to actually speak with someone. I entered my phone number as it told me to do, and that feature doesn't even work. What a horrible company.

My credit card was used by someone in another country for several rides before I saw it appear on the credit card statement. Uber insisted that I know this person and I must tell them to stop using the credit card. I have never met the person in my life and it is a clear case of fraudulent use of my card. My account has not been hacked and Uber refuses to refund the travel that I did not do. I believe that someone within Uber shared these details with the person in India.

Ho utilizzato Uber a Valencia dall'hotel all'aereoporto. Sull'app c'era scritto che sarebbe costato dai 19 ai 25€, mentre invece mi hanno addebitato su PayPal ben 35,95 €! Tra l'altro l'autista non parlava nemmeno inglese ed era impossibile farsi capire. Da notare che all'andata con un normale taxi ho speso circa 25 €, mentre al ritorno con Uber oltre 10€ in più!

I used Uber eats fir first time about 3 weeks ago, and a week later a $15 off from Uber eats showed up on my notifications. It was about time for lunch so I decided to use it ordering a meal from a nearby restaurant. I follow all the instructions and on every step the price always reflected the discount. However, when I completed the payment they charged me for the full amount of the order, informing that the discount couldn't be applied. No further explanation. I tried to cancel the order, but I couldn't find the way to do it. I decided to place a complain and guess what...there is no way to do it. I wanted to call the company, but there is no phone number anywhere. No email, no messages nothing. It's a gost business. You can only use the app to give them business but they don't care about you. I can't believe a company can work in USA without any means for costumer to have a service.

I don't get why I am being charged R200 extra for a trip that charged me R168..i like Uber but at this points you guys are dropping the ball..I can't request anymore because of this it keeps on popping up demanding a payment for what??please fix this..not good at ALL!!

Uber support is almost impossible to get a hold of, and when you get in contact with an agent they refuse to support you, don’t help solve the problem, and then end the call without helping. I have stopped using uber- I use Lyft and DoorDash because communicating with uber is horrible.

Uber does not properly vetted the people asking for a ride. Had a passenger get in my car with a loaded gun. Worst of all he left it after he cursed me out. I could have a victim of a robbery. Uber needs to be concerned about the people that work for them making them billionaires.

I was a delivery driver for Uber for years. I moved out of the area for a few years and moved back and decided to go back to delivering for Uber and it wasn’t an option I guess. I contacted Uber support 18 times over a month because my account was locked and saying I needed to update my vehicle and insurance and I did that and Uber refused to do anything with it. Also there is NO way to talk to a live person at Uber most off them if not all barely speak English and you couldn’t understand them anyways. So, I permanently deleted my account today and I guess I’m glad I did as Ubers rating is quite bad.
