Uber map provided to driver is inaccurate. First ride canceled by uber. Second ride after calling driver I was able to sit in the uber and see map which was totally wrong. This is not the drivers fault. Very frustrating 😕

If there is option for negative then I would have opted for that After confirming the ride they keep the customers waiting for half and hour and after that they call and ask us to cancel the ride This has happened with me everytime I have to go to a place urgently Moreover they charge extra fares and cause so much inconvenience to the customer If the moto of this company is to serve people by providing cabs and other transportation means then I would say none of you vision is fulfilled rather you all provide inconvenience and frustation to your customers

My uber driver stole half of my order and when I reached out to customer service they continue to say they can’t refund me or assist me with any type of credit. I paid for something I did not receive and the customer service gave me so much unnecessary attitude.

2 days in a row I walked to a location 1.4 miles from my lodgings in St Paul, MN, and took an Uber home after it got dark. There was little or no traffic and return trip should require 3 turns and the same 1.4 miles. Instead, I was taken on 2 different bizarre and tortuous routes which took longer and roughly doubled the mileage. I can think of no reason for these route changes other than to pad the bill. Customer service was worthless. They basically said, "Hey, you agreed to our price in advance." They did not address the strange routes.

I always use uber and saluted them until now… I had an ongoing subscription with uber one that I had no idea about… they charged my card numerous of times! I tried to report it but they didn’t return any of my money. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

These drivers in Rome will be 50ft away from you and cancel a ride. Uber doesn’t care how long or how many drivers it takes to pick you up

We ordered an uber and it said 14 minutes to arrive so we waited in our pick up destination. The uber driver turned up on the wrong side of the ride which fair enough so we walked over to him and he drove off so we waited a further 10 minutes and he never came back when I spoke to customer support they were adamant we had to still pay the money for the driver not even doing his job they the company as a whole have refused to help. We feel very conned and after using uber for a long time are very disappointed especially with their customer support who seem to not care about the customers getting conned and then having to find alternative transport standing in the cold late at night very disappointed one star was me being generous.

I want to share my recent experience with Uber, which was quite inconvenient. We booked a cab because we were in a rush and preferred Uber over public transport for reliability. However, the driver took a long time to accept the request, and after waiting so long, the driver cancelled. The same thing happened again at the airport, drivers accepted the ride and then cancelled after we had already waited 10 minutes. This is really frustrating, especially when customers are in a hurry and count on Uber for timely service. Such cancellations not only waste time but also make the experience stressful. I hope Uber can work on reducing driver cancellations after accepting rides to improve customer experience.

Worst Experience on 23.09.2025. Booked cab in morning 08 am on 23.09.2025. The driver came and I started putting my luggage in car. The driver started shouting on me and abusing me for keeping bags without asking. He was very unprofessional and said, he will not drop me destination whatever happens. Uber has no control over drivers and they can't do any help to customers on it. Better to switch Rapido where you can find atleast professional drivers.

I think Uber the company has a hole is terrible they don’t cover the drivers gasoline expenses or even pay any portion of it I don’t think anybody with a normal mind would work for this company it’s a disgrace it should be banned

Genuinely the worst support experience I’ve had in my life. Of course they force you to do a chat bot. When you finally connect to a real person it is clearly someone from overseas, who will respond maybe once before ending the conversation. You’ll get followed up by someone who doesn’t even know what’s happening

Uber has no accountability.Uber driver license plate # DDDY 077, dangerous driving on the highway nearly causing an accident. Silver Toyota Corolla. Uber has no system in place to file such complains. Incident reported to Toronto police with dash cam video.

I had travelled with Uber cab and I paid the fare but still it's showing in my pending list and I am not able book any ride i have requested multiple times via email but still uber team is not working on this I am requesting again to check the case and do the needful

Support can't resolve issues with instant pay for drivers to get money issues resolved immediately. I believe I do a good job in driving and risking my safety dealing with the public, but Uber doesn't care about that. Looks like Lyft is the better option
