I wish I could rate it a zero. Between the long waits, them putting you on hold 24 times within the call, then repeating the same script to you even after you explain the problem, and them not figuring out how to solve simple issues that you have screenshots for, Uber Support is the WORST!

If I could give -5 stars I would. The Uber Customer support agents are AWFUL, DREADFUL and HOPELESS. I don't know how much they are paying these people who BARELY SPEAK English but it has to be bad. They talk over you , they hang up on you when they can't understand you (which can be pretty bad if you are on the road in a dangerous area and need help)...and they rarely give you the help you need...in fact, they nearly never do. Don't drive for Uber because when you inevitably need serious help, you will suffer (at best) and be in great danger like I am right now (at worst).

THEY NEVER EVER LISTEN TO ANYTHING I HAVE TO SAY. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, THEY HANG UP ON DRIVERS, THEY WASTE DRIVERS TIME BY DELIBERATELY IGNORING THE DIRECT CONCERN EVEN AFTER I HAVE PROVIDED THEM WITH SCREENSHOTS AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION IN A VERY CLEAR MANNER SEVERAL TIMES. THEY TOOK OVER 24 HOURS TO RESPOND TO ME ONLINE ONLY TO STILL GIVE ME THE WRONG INFO AND TOLD ME SOMETHING THAT HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I SAID OR EVEN THE ISSUE WAS. LONG STORY SHORT, I HAD TO DO MY VERY OWN CALCULATIONS AND LOOKED AT MY ACCOUNT DIRECTLY ON THEIR WEBSITE SINCE ON THEIR APP IT WASN'T CORRECT AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM MY DAMN SELF. MY CONCERN IS WITH UBER IS THAT I TALKED TO SOOOOOO MANY SO CALLED AGENTS AND SUPERVISORS AND NOT ONE OF THEM WAS ABLE TO PIN POINT THE EXACT PROBLEM BUT INSTEAD EVERYONE KEPT ON PLAYING GUESSING GAMES AND KEPT ON GRASPING AT STRAWS INSTEAD OF FINDING OUT WHAT THE REAL ISSUE WAS. ANOTHER MAJOR PROBLEM IS EVERYTIME I CALL I GET SOMEONE IN INDIA WITH A VERY THICK ACCENT AND A HORRIBLE PHONE CONNECTION. I HEAR DOGS IN THE BACKGROUND AND AT ONE POINT I EVEN HEARD A DAMN šŸ„ IN THE BACKGROUND MOOING WHICH I FIND VERY VERY VERY STRANGE. UBER HAS MORE THAN ENOUGH DAMN MONEY TO HIRE PEOPLE RIGHT HERE IN THE USA INSTEAD OF HIRING THESE RUDE, LAZY, INCOMPETENT AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN INDIA OR OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD ONLY TO PAY THEM LESS JUST TO SAVE THEMSELVES SOME MONEY. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THESE PROBLEMS WITH UBER "SUPPORT" WHERE THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER AND THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION I HAVE SINCE THE GREEN HUB HAS CLOSED IN MY CITY DURING THE PANDEMIC. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

This company is the worst. My family member works with Uber , and at the start of his shift this passenger puked . He lost a whole days of work do to this incident . He called customer service/corporate and had sent pictures and obviously they can see it was beginning of his shift. So his day was ruined because he had to go get it cleaned out and spent money he doesnā€™t have to get it cleaned. He explained the situation and they have been literally brushing him off. Mind you he is a hard worker trying to feed his family and going through hardship. This company isnā€™t trying to hear it or reimburse him . They keep saying itā€™s under investigation. What is there to investigate he has proof , he has receipts. All this money this company makes and takes from the drivers. This is pure greed and honestly unfairness. With all thatā€™s going on in this country you would think they would have some empathy , but no they just keep brushing him off. I would recommend that this company treats their drivers with some kind of understanding and see the unfairness in their decision.

This company is such a joke!! Have the rudest people riding and just overall trash customer service.. you have foreign employees on your customer service phones not understanding what you are explaining to them. Then the situation turns bad on one end then escalates to even further when simply when asked to speak with a supervisor there should be no hesitation

The customer service is a joke i rang up 3 different time and told the same thing and when i requested to speak to a manager they used stall tactics telling me to ring back later, that he was either on the line or busy then telling that he cant come to the phone, they was very unhelpful and and refused to give me the information i was asking for the two people i spoke to was najma sida and shia, i spoke to shia twice who refused to give me her last name and said that there not allowed but funny how the first one did so they constantly lie threw there teeth if they have any they cant keep to a consistant story and thob you off they put the phone down on me each time due to refusing to give me the information i requested, there staff need to be retrained or fired and replaced cause they refuse to so there jobs i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone amymore it has completly gone down hill

I had a technical issue, and itā€™s their mistake, one customer service replied, her name is maha, her way of contacting is so unprofessional , because of her i am not going to use this application anymore, if this is your way of dealing with your valuable customers.

Uber support is a waste of time! They have that there in place just to say they have a support team they never understand the reason you calling, will hang up on you, mid call just because they donā€™t have the answer or for whatever reason n you can never understand what the representatives are saying and they hardly ever understand us. Why would you get folks to wrk in customer service in a area where thereā€™s a language barrier because the person calling n the representative thatā€™s suppose to be helping sounds like itā€™s in place to keep proper help from being received

Wish I could give 0 stars. Uber support is not here to help you. They close tickets almost immediately, don't even read the question properly. I'm supposed to be chatting with someone but it seems like I get one response before they close it.

Itā€™s been more than 10 days and Uber support cannot resolve a simplest of an issue of account activation. I have provided them with every single piece of document. All I get from them is we have escalated the issue to our higher up they will get beach to me in next 24 hours. They never do. You canā€™t speak to their manager or supervisor because they simply refuse to transfer your call. Neither Uber Support can follow up on an escalation nor can a driver partner speak to anyone else other then Uber Support. Uber Support is the most useless customer support I have ever come across. Zero process, zero feedback, completely opaque and inaccessible. Shame for on you Uber

DO NOT CALL šŸ‘Ž BER SUPPORT FOR RIDES. THEY LIED ABOUT CHARGING TO CALL IN. THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA $5.99 my trip should have been $9.74 12 mins from home they charged $15.99 then the driver asked for a tip.

Would love to give 0 stars. Support is scripted. I would be connected to an agent and my text box disappeared so I couldnā€™t reply or send any photos. I wrote this in my initial chat but agent after agent would ask for photosā€¦ almost wondering if the support agents are chat botsā€¦ thereā€™s no other way of contact and I even initially asked if thereā€™s another avenue. I guess Iā€™ll take the $7 hit for a food item I cannot eat because Iā€™m allergic to an ingredientā€¦. the app didnā€™t notify me that my shopper swapped an item (I didnā€™t even approve). Thereā€™s a reason I donā€™t use Uber Eats often and I think this just solidified that Iā€™ll never use it again. Fix your support!

I am an Uber Driver. Uber left me stranded with no gas money to get home because I was unable to add my debit card in the app. I called driver support 5 times as an emergency. I will see Uber in court for negligence and endangerment.

I wish I can give zero stars. Let me start by saying after ordering nearly 500 orders via Uber eats and more than 1000 rides with Uber, I have now deleted my account with them. Today I ordered food for my kids from Greggs. I put the order in at 2.20pm and about 10 min after they say the delivery guy is picking up my order. When it was about 2.45pm I wanted to cancel the order because I can see in the app that the delivery guy has been at the same spot for the last 15min and of course now by the time food now gets to me it cold and not fresh. The ETA time keeps on moving longer and longer. Bare in mind I have a child with learning difficulties who is waiting for his food. By now I got another ETA update which now said that the ETA is at 3.15pm which by now was nearly an hour since I initially made the order. When I initially made the order it said on the app that the estimate delivery was 25min. I now went into the chat app of Uber eats explaining to them the situation and asked for my delivery to be cancelled because itā€™s taking too long. The Uber eats app is not good at all. You send one message and then they will send you 5 to 6 messages at the same time which does not give you a chance to read all. I saw the message do you want to cancel and I said yes stating my reason and letting them know that the driver has been at the same spot which is not even at the restaurant for more than 20min. I then went through the thread and saw due to me cancelling they are charging me about Ā£19. The food that I ordered was Ā£20. These people whoever dealt with my case has no shame. After they took my money without any investigation regarding the ETA closed the chat which did not allow me to chat any further. I then called customer service which was no help at all. I then sent them an email a Explaining that the ETA kept changing and driver was at the same spot for more than 20min and that I only saw that they will charge me after I went through the chat thread but they responded saying that I wanted to cancel and so they did and at the end of the response they said ā€œno response neededā€. How horrible and disgusting is this customer service. They did not even bother to investigate why the delivery driver accepted the job but stayed on the same spot for more than 20min. These horrible people did not even consider that that money they took was to buy a meal for my son with learning disability. No investigation was made regarding the driver. Many times Iā€™ve ordered and I can see the driver took the job but the driver would take their own time to deliver. Many times my order is wrong, many times I receive an order where the food is spilled but I donā€™t really complain but today this company has made a fool out of me and took money from me, money that was meant to buy my son a meal from his favourite restaurant. I am extremely disappointed by this company, their customer service and their delivery service. We are paying a fee, we are paying the drivers so why are drivers allowed to pick up your order when they feel like doing so. Why were their no investigation into the delivery guyā€™s ETA or why was he at the same spot for more than 20min. Uber Eats needs to know that their service is not free. We pay for the food and delivery service so why are we treated as if they are doing us a favour and as if the service is free. As said I am so disappointed and disgusted with this company.

Worst support I ever have with any company, I dont have an option for uber eats and I did call and email with uber support for more than 3 weeks but only receive same text from 10 different support and it was all useless and no follow up, I cant work for over 3 weeks and no one help me

I had an excellent driver. When I got my receipt I see that I was charged $8.95 as a booking fee. Really? For an app reservation. That is outrageous! Also not disclosed before the booking of the ride. This reminds me of why I stay away from Uber! No way to win business.

The drivers com from all walks of life and have one thing in common the marijuana smell or just a funky dirty ass car the waits are too long for pick up and they tend to go the long ass route instead I really dislike Ubers rating policy and how they raise the damn price when I have been going th same route everyday because their no driver available in the area Uber sucks and so does their delivery
