“First of all,this lawsuit by the current administration is bogus. I have a disability and Uber has been nothing but helpful to me. I use it from time to time and the driver's have treated me with respect and care. I know that all people are different but overall I give 5 stars.🌟”

“Dear Uber Team, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for an exceptional Uber driver, Pablo, who went above and beyond during our recent trip to Paris Island, South Carolina. My husband and I were visiting our daughter for her Marine Corps Boot Camp graduation, a momentous occasion filled with both pride and logistical challenges. Securing transportation on base proved incredibly difficult. Many Uber drivers were unable to access the base, leaving us frustrated and concerned about missing important events. Then we were fortunate enough to connect with Pablo. His son's service in the Marines gave him unique access to the base, solving our immediate transportation problems. Beyond his access, Pablo's service was outstanding. He was punctual, courteous, and his vehicle was impeccably clean. He displayed exceptional proficiency in both English and Spanish, making communication effortless. More importantly, Pablo demonstrated a genuine care for our well-being. He patiently transported us to various locations, ensuring our safety both on and off base. He even went out of his way to help my daughter resolve a banking issue related to her military pay, even stopping at Dunkin' Donuts for a much-needed coffee after her 13 weeks of boot camp. Pablo’s assistance extended far beyond a simple ride. He was a calming presence during a stressful time, easing our anxieties and making our daughter's graduation a truly unforgettable experience. His kindness, thoughtfulness, and dedication to providing exceptional customer service were truly remarkable. In my years of using Uber, I have never encountered such exceptional service. Pablo is a credit to your company and a shining example of the positive impact a dedicated driver can have. He deserves the highest commendation for his professionalism, compassion, and extraordinary efforts. I urge you to recognize Pablo's exceptional contributions to your service. Thank you.”

“Chibuzor O. delivered my order from Pet Smart. 4 boxes of 40lb bags of cat litter. He followed my instructions, which were a lot because I live in an apartment complex, exactly. He greeted me and smiled when I opened my door. I held the doors for him as he had 4 heavy boxes to bring up to the 2nd floor. He was so kind and helpful. I'm unable to lift anything due to an injury. This is why I use autoship with PetSmart. He actually stacked the boxes in my storage closet!! I'm so impressed with this gentleman's customer service that I would absolutely want him to deliver for me again! THANK YOU CHIBUZOR O.!!!”

“I reserved a ride to work. The gentleman who picked me up, his name is Kendall. He was on time. He greeted me with a smile. I was so beyond grateful that I made it to work. I didn't have to call out with no ride. Kendall was my hero. I owe him a big thank you. He made my first impression of Uber a company I could count and rely on. I want to tell him how grateful I am to him. I could tell he is a hard worker and I hope life treats him kind thank you Kendall”

“I have called an uber support team and feels like he doesn’t really want to help and resolve my concern. He advised to go to chat box and inquire about the matter to find a solution. I went back as advised but no use. I even emailed uber eats with the email in the google search. I just decided to call again hoping a solution as an item was over priced from what was in the receipt. Luckily, I got support from Marilin, the way she speak , the way she understands my concern and treats it as it’s her own. Very patient since there is a problem with exchanging images via email or uber app to prove my claim . She finds alternatives for the solution- very impressive and compassionate I will say. My anger was replaced with calmness as I know she is there to provide the best she can by all means. She even ask a solution for the app I’m concerned about, to you MARILIN, I appreciate your help. It’s not just always about the money … it’s the concern for your customers! GOD BLESS YOU!”

“Heartfelt Thanks to Lata Shiri posted at uppal stadium uber Hyderabad I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Lata Shiri from the Hyderabad office for her kind assistance in helping me book a cab during a difficult situation. I had come to Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Uppal, to watch the IPL match between SRH and DC. Unfortunately, midway through the match, it started raining heavily, and I was unable to find a cab. One of the Uber employees at the stadium—whose name I couldn’t get—kindly guided me to the Uber Lounge at Zone 1. There, Ms. Lata Shiri not only helped me book a cab to travel from Uppal to the Zoo Park area but also personally guided me and ensured I was safely seated in the cab. I truly appreciate her prompt support, care, and professionalism. Her help made a big difference in what could have been a very stressful situation. Thank you once again.”

“We weren’t able too get gogograndparent last weekend so I went with uber since I had already signed my mom up for it. It was terrible the lady said we would have no problem getting home. LIE we couldn’t get ahold of them so I had to call a cab for the ride home my elderly mother and I sat in the freezing cold for 20 minutes for a cab ride home. Tonight? Totally different experience I wish I could remember the fellas name as he went above and beyond what he had to do. All I can remember is he was Hispanic so cheerful I tipped him and he said that was okay but I tipped him anyways. We left our food in the car and he came back and gave it to us. Oh my gosh how many people would do this? None. Again I wish I remembered his name props to this person he certainly deserves a 5 star rating 🙂”
