The uber ride had started off good, the driver had a nice car and it was a relatively quick ride in the city. I had no complaints until I noticed I left my bag in the car right when I got out. I immediately personally contacted the driver about the missing items and uber had contacted the driver as well, but it’s been 24 hours and I still haven’t heard anything back. I understand that uber and the driver aren’t responsible for lost items. But the driver had not picked up his phone when I called him personally and I had called him more than 5 times, which made it impossible to even get a chance to have my missing items back. The point of uber is to be helpful, but apparently not when it comes to missing items. So, it’s sad to see that all they care about is money and not true genuine costumer service.

I made a mistake by not doing enough homework before I used their services. I should have looked into the company more. Reviews could have warned me about their issues. I was lucky that PARADIGM RECOVERY FIRM listened to my complaint. Their team took my concerns seriously. They acted fast to fix the problem. I got my money back last week because of their help. This quick refund was a huge relief. It shows that PARADIGM RECOVERY FIRM cares about its customers.

Usually drivers nearby don't pick up the ride. If any one of them pick they usually cancel the ride after making us wait for 6-10 min.

I haven't used Uber for a while but used it a few times last week. On all occasions, I noticed that Uber's standards in terms of a nice ride has gone down the drain. On all the rides I used last week, the cars were dirty and smelly. It's sad. Uber used to be nice.

Where do I start... I have been using Uber for a while, I started using the reserved ride thinking it would help me have a ride already set up before I get off of work. If I was NOT disabled I would not need Uber, chose them thinking it would benefit me. When you reserve a ride prices are shown so we can pick the best one. Well all my rides are in the $39.00 - $41.00 range, guess what ... Uber took a $39.00 ride and made it $83.27 ridicules ... for a Bronx ride, I never paid that much going to the Airport and Uber wants to rip off a value customer. The the nerve to say it was eligible for a price adjustment, well i will find another car service for my needs.

Howabout answering your customer service line? Your drivers are awesome but your phone services are terrible. I've been on hold so far 15min and haven't heard anything but music. Answer your phones please. I am an amputee and I can't take my orders back like they told me at mcdonalds. Like I said your drivers are awesome. Your phone people need to do better.

Had an uber driver 2 minutes away that canceled on me. The next guy was 15 minutes away but he was really cool . It’s just so unpredictable and unprofessional on Uber’s part, especially making us customers risk being late to work. What a Joke… don’t even get me started on the outrageous prices, such a scam!!

Arrived at Tampa PIE airport. App would open and freeze up. Tried it 3X before shutting down my phone and restarting it. Then I called Uber and after pressing 1 for English, waited fifteen minutes for someone to answer who DIDN'T speak more than a dozen words of English and they could be summed up with "can't help you. Try again". I was flabbergasted! I waived down 3 uber drivers and told each of them my plight and all 3 said they were not surprised as it happens all the time.

Now a days uber has very pathetic services drivers are not accepting the request or taking too much time without even a thinking that how much they waste the time of customer at the time of emergency...if you are unable to provide the services properly then you must shut down your company but please dont make fool or waste the time of customers.Also dri vers never return the small extra amount of the trip by saying they dont have coins or change .it happens with every drivers

I went with several Uber drivers and only 1 driver, help my sister who had a walker, and help her after as well. The others just sits in their car and don't help. No manners.

Very dissatisfied with the Uber app..they have started taking as per meter reading and not ready for the fees of the app..how can people be so inhuman..daily wages what I s the use of the Application..

Ordered a delicious Butter Chicken from Planet Spice here in Wellington. Wonderful as always. The Uber driver (Keyur) messaged me on the Uber app to say he couldn’t find my house. Instructions are clear. Place to park right outside my house. I am on the main road. House number is on the letterbox and the same number and flat number is on the house. Seems he wanted me to meet him at his car as he had overshot by nearly 200 metres, according to the camera outside the building. Keyur, I’m not walking that distance to your car to collect my meal. Sloppy and unprofessional.

Uber support is total garbage, it's very difficult to get support for certain issues, when you do speak with someone, very rarely are they any help at all. Drivers gets shorted on trip pay regularly, the app takes you on horrible routes costing time, gas and low pay and rarely will uber correct this.

Order up food and be patient. My order took 3h to arrived. I contact after 1h30 and accept to wait more they gave me 20% of compensation for the waiting. After 2h45 of waiting I contact them to get my order canceled and I got told that if I cancel I will be penalized. Which is annoying as the application show more stop was added. So I add to wait another 35 minutes to get my order.
