Customer service very very very rude dose not understand only knowing and read from the book in front of them even didn't trying to understand any thing I am like taking to my self.

Uber continues to tie up funds in my bank account for 5 days per trip. It's a ridiculous policy.

This company is the worst. My family member works with Uber , and at the start of his shift this passenger puked . He lost a whole days of work do to this incident . He called customer service/corporate and had sent pictures and obviously they can see it was beginning of his shift. So his day was ruined because he had to go get it cleaned out and spent money he doesn’t have to get it cleaned. He explained the situation and they have been literally brushing him off. Mind you he is a hard worker trying to feed his family and going through hardship. This company isn’t trying to hear it or reimburse him . They keep saying it’s under investigation. What is there to investigate he has proof , he has receipts. All this money this company makes and takes from the drivers. This is pure greed and honestly unfairness. With all that’s going on in this country you would think they would have some empathy , but no they just keep brushing him off. I would recommend that this company treats their drivers with some kind of understanding and see the unfairness in their decision.

They make it nearly impossible to cancel Uber one. The instructions they provide on how to cancel is a flat out lie. When I finally contacted their terrible support they assured me they canceled my subscription. I was subsequently charged another month...this should be illegal...I literally can't cancel my subscription.

This company is such a joke!! Have the rudest people riding and just overall trash customer service.. you have foreign employees on your customer service phones not understanding what you are explaining to them. Then the situation turns bad on one end then escalates to even further when simply when asked to speak with a supervisor there should be no hesitation

I was recently rear-ended by a uber driver that has a suspended license, using his phone and eating pizza. He said no need for license. Warning: check your driver and becareful when riding with or driving byan Uber driver!!

The customer service is a joke i rang up 3 different time and told the same thing and when i requested to speak to a manager they used stall tactics telling me to ring back later, that he was either on the line or busy then telling that he cant come to the phone, they was very unhelpful and and refused to give me the information i was asking for the two people i spoke to was najma sida and shia, i spoke to shia twice who refused to give me her last name and said that there not allowed but funny how the first one did so they constantly lie threw there teeth if they have any they cant keep to a consistant story and thob you off they put the phone down on me each time due to refusing to give me the information i requested, there staff need to be retrained or fired and replaced cause they refuse to so there jobs i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone amymore it has completly gone down hill

Uber has officially become more expensive than driving and parking at SFO airport. $90.97 one way or $181.94 round trip. This does not include the tip that they all but ask for. Or I can park in SFO long term parking for $125.00, no tip necessary. I knew this day would come............

Uber is the worst of the worst. I hate using them and I moved to Lyft and I will never ever get back to Uber. They are arshole

They charged a $5.20 booking fee on a $21 ride that’s BS. They should have to disclose all the fees broken down, so the customers know exactly what they’re paying for. I couldn’t possibly recommend Uber to any of my friends after this experience!!

I ordered a little over 30 dollars of food for my kids. The delivery driver passed me up the put that my order was delivered. I call and chatted with them and they told me that there was nothing that they can do cause of there system. So I’m out of money and now my kids have to eat ramen noodles

I can't cancel my Uber One membership using the app and when I called and wrote the Customer Support nobody can help, they're always escalating and promising an answer within 24h that never happened... my issue is still unresolved.. Very poor service!

I had a technical issue, and it’s their mistake, one customer service replied, her name is maha, her way of contacting is so unprofessional , because of her i am not going to use this application anymore, if this is your way of dealing with your valuable customers.

The worst service ever !!!!! We ordered Chinese takeaway to celebrate my friends birthday… restaurant calls me 30 mins later to say that the driver who picked my food cannot be tracked. The restaurant asked me to deal with Uber myself and that she won’t cancel the order nor prepare the food again!!!!! I reach out to Uber, get past the annoying chatbot, reach an agent named Avinash…. Extremely unprofessional!!!!!!!! He barely read my messages, asked me to wait it out and ended the chat abruptly…. The next agent wasn’t of much help, just said that he felt sorry for me!!!!! Like seriously?????? If any random driver can walk into the restaurant and pick up our order and then neither Uber nor the restaurant takes responsibility for it… then what’s the point of this whole thing ??? Why am I the one to stay hungry ??

NO CUSTOMER SERVISE. BIFORE everything WAS OK had a lot of orders. NOW I can't ask even small questions about why its took payment from me for something and i can't get any order with any payment . SOOOO, FU....CK off, i will delete accounts and goodbye 👋

they decided a while ago that because i ordered a lot and a lot of the time my orders were wrong and i would tell them that i would need a pin code for every order. and if anything went wrong w my order they would not refund me money. finally i got an order that just didnt hve 2 of the items and i took. pic of everything i got and yet again they refused to give me. refund. i cncelled my membership nd erased the app. i hve used the app for yers probbaly daily and a lot of times twice a day and they treat me as if i'm trying to get over on them. and they have no customer service that will talk to you. worst delivery app there is. i'm going to door dash. it said i saved 5k+ on my uber one membership before i cancelled it too.

The worst company ever .. I have deleted the app .. I don’t prefer their service at all .. I ordered the food and they charged me to cancel it and did not let me change the delivery address too .. however the restaurant was very helpful.. I rather order from the restaurant directly
