Uber is a terrible company that shows zero respect for its drivers. They treat drivers like disposable labor, constantly threatening to deactivate accounts for rejecting low-paying orders or trips that are unreasonably far away. As independent contractors, drivers should have the right to decline unfair rides without punishment, but Uber bullies them into accepting everything or risk losing their income. Another major issue is Uber’s policy on pets. Drivers with allergies or who simply don’t want animals in their car are forced to accept them or face penalties. This is unacceptable—drivers should have the right to refuse for health or personal reasons. Safety is also a huge concern. Passengers should be able to choose the gender of their driver, especially since many women (and even men) feel uncomfortable being forced into a car with a stranger of the opposite sex. Uber does nothing to address this, putting both drivers and riders at risk. Customer service is practically nonexistent. When issues arise—like drivers wasting gas driving across town for an order that was already picked up or canceled—Uber refuses to compensate them for their time and expenses. Their system is outdated and exploitative, leaving drivers to bear the cost of Uber’s inefficiency. Overall, Uber prioritizes profits over people, exploiting drivers while offering little support or fairness. Until they make serious changes, I would never recommend driving for them or using their service. **1 star is too generous.**

Uber attempted to charge me $5 on my account which caused an overdraft after I paid for my services. I did not approve it they did not notify me of the charge! 2 Days Later the charges gone/disappeared. The even bigger problem is there's no customer support there's no way to talk to a live human being and for such a big company they should treat their customers better. Just on principle I'll never use Uber again ever.

Why the hell do Drivers accept rides and roam around here and there and then cancel them? If customers do that, Uber charges. If we cancel after accepting the ride, Uber charges. Also, if we are late, Uber charges. But we don't get any compensation if the driver cancels and accepts even if they don't want to go. Uber thinks riders have free money and time to spend on them.

Yesterday I ordered a ride from JFK to my home and today I found out an additional charge of 16 plus dollars for trip cancellation that I didn’t have. Driver was very nice and we safely got home

A scheduled Uber ride with Vanae On April 07, resulted in my mother being scammed for 55$, since when I was out unloading the luggage, she told her the amount. The ride had already been prepaid on the app. Uber also has zero customer service. Beware!!

It's been a week we are facing alot of trouble while booking the rides from uber the service are getting very poor day by day and the prices are touching sky for 2 kms uber is charging 130 for an auto rides we are very disappoint from our recent experience with uber, Taking local auto are much better as compared to uber.

I ordered two pizzas and a salad through Uber Eats, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. Uber has clearly intentionally changed the checkout process to hide the full total until after you pay. Just seconds after I confirmed the order with Apple Pay, the total came out to $95—far more than expected due to excessive hidden fees. I immediately canceled the order, not even a full minute later, but Uber still charged me $75, claiming the restaurant had already started preparing the food. That’s simply not true. The order was placed at 8:47 PM, and the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. There’s no way the kitchen began making the food in under a minute, especially that close to closing time. Uber’s practices here are deceptive, misleading, and exploitative. Customers should be fully aware of what they're being charged before committing to a payment—not after. Be cautious when ordering from Uber Eats, especially if you’re considering canceling due to their astronomical hidden fees.

Uber support has the worse support for drivers, a rider spilled out and stain my car, contacted customer service through the phone number on the app 7 times to request a cleaning fee and uber support keeps transferring me to another rep. I hope I find a job soon, uber doesn’t care about his drivers and leaves them with not a good percentage of each ride, not counting all the costs that drivers have to cover such as gas, oil change, etc. Driving for uber sucks.

Uber is a driver's rip-off business. I would never ever get involved in this business if I would know how dishonest this company is. Poor drivers, if they just calculate all their expenses, including car depreciation, insurance, gas, repairs and risk value they will realize they are making $13-$15/hour. They recently charged me the background check. I'm definitely looking for another job.

Daniella. Absolutely useless. I called the support to get a ride for a senior stranded at my store. She could not help at all. Could not get a ride. And unfortunately the old man didn't have a cell phone and customer support can't transfer me to get help for this old man.

My sister was picked up for a trip to Bakers Concrete in Monroe, OH. The driver proceeded to drive her to Hamilton, OH. My sister told her she was going the wrongvway. The lady wouldn't stop until my sister got a little irate. Then uber refused to refund me for the ride. We had to pay for a Lyft to get her to her destination. Nobody ever contacted me. It was a stupid bot that solves nothing. I'll be deleting uber off my phone & never using or recommending them ever again. My sister has severe anxiety and went into a full blown anxiety/panic attack by the end of her trip. Thanks for nothing. Would still like a refund.

First, impossible to even contact the customer support through the app. Managed through browser instead. Agent would straight up refuse to respond to anything I said and just copy-pasted unrelated answers. Good luck everybody
