J was going to split my business with a different transportation company. Never will i leave uber or split my time with any other transportation company, I will always ts continue to use uber,, They are the best very reliable, very understanding,very very considerate, TRUST UBER A B D THERE DRIVERS, I can admit I've had 1 or 2 drivers that can have an attitude but I refuse to let a person having a bad day change my positive energy towards the awesome uber business,, GREAT JOB UBER YOUR BUSINESS IS THE BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR GREAT CITY OF HOUSTON THANK YOU UBER SINCERELY DAVE TENEYUQUE

Uber is not a secured job..drivers make money but once you get a problem;they never resolve it and who's gonna pay ur bills..try to find a secured job drivers..

Uber customer care 📞8590246257 call now. Ola helpline number 8590246257 call now 24*7 available service. My good experience in uber cabs. One time I booked a cab in uber. Some i reason I cancel my plan. Then I call ola helpline they refunded my money within 5minutes.0% fine. Such a good company uber.

Yesterday I was chatting with Florissa from Uber help I explained that I was charged $9.99 just for opening the app and filling out the form. I wasn’t told that I was creating a new account. I tried to cancel it in the app but it wouldn’t let me. So I tried online and when creating a password it just kept canceling. So finally I tried again and they accused me of being a bot. I found the chat on my phone. I explained to Florissa that I am not a bot I’m a grandma with real boobs and everything and I explained everything. She said I can tell you’re not a bot because you’re so animated and I will refund all your money and cancel your account. I promised her I would leave a google review but I left it here because I can’t find how to leave a review on google. So here’s my review! I’m

So I had a few issues with canceling Cooper one in a charge that was unfamiliar, so I got on Uber app and got on the chat with customer service. Her name is Faith, and she was by far impeccable with her customer service and professionalism! I want to give Faith a HIGH FIVE for making my Uber experience that much more enjoyable! Thanks Uber for having people like Faith! She made an awesome impression on your company and myself!

Uber usually with their Chat option offers great custmer aervice refunding my lost delivery and giving me a credit to compensate for the time lost waiting so yeah I prefer them over Door Dash. I pay a little more but at least my food isnt opened or missing .

I went to the airport to p/u another rental car b/c mine had a flat tire. Brian was great! We had a great conversation. He dropped me off and when I went to budget rental they said I couldn't p/u my replacement car until the other car was towed there. Also, that the tow truck wouldn't be coming until the morning. So, I had to call Uber back and get a ride back to my car and I was under a bit of stress. Abdulai asked me what the situation was and when I told him, right away he offered to change my tire. We got back and he changed my tire for me. I was so grateful. I was in another state with no one to help, on a trip by myself and it was just incredibly kind of him to do that.

Yes the Uber support people Mr Kildeep K and Manpreet k helped me to resolve a trip which was canceled by a Uber driver and I was charged a particular amount. Now I am happy to get a mail my money will be refunded soon because of them . Thanks you and really appreciate your helping people like me . It’s not really about the money itself I felt like people are able to use me and cheat me on a Uber app which I bearly know how to properly use it . Thank you once again Manju S

They're reasonable and I like the code use part to save on orders... like this code... Get $45 off at Uber Eats eats-00njk7vg9u food secion was great and i was awarded 30 off my firat order which was great...but for the rides portion I made a mistake inputting an address and they canceled the trip ansnstill charged 7 dollars yet I didn't evennhave time to rectify the error because apparently it was arriving withinn2 mins and it just simply wasn't easy on my first try using the app.

Terrible customer service. My account was put on hold for 2 days and it was based on a "safety issue". Apparently a customer stated the photo and car didnt match their booking. I was told an internal investigation would go underway whereby they would gather both the customers point of view and my own. I didnt get a call for 2 days after chasing at least 3 times a day. I finally got a response stating the matter was not going to be taken further and that my account would be reactivated. I lost out on 2 days of work only to be told the matter is resolved, with no explanation. Worst experience working for them thus far. Uber needs to put a better communication and formal procedure in place. Going radio silent on a driver is unacceptable. When you report an incident from a customer that has done something to a driver the best Uber would do is block that custoner from future bookings. Thats ridiculous.

I'm very disappointed with the service, always showing a price when you order your car, then when you get charged, it charged you between 1 to 3 dollars up. When you asked why did they charged you more, they always answered that was the amount since the start. Like today I order an uber , my cost was 13.64 then apart from the driver taking the wrong freeway again it went up to 15 dollars. I checked the receipt and they make it look like you new the price from the start. That wrong!!! Show the right price from the beginning. Why charged you more, and even worse when you want to complained they don't let type anything but the option they already have.

I tool an Uber new years eve . However both drivers I had to my destination and back home were on time and pleasant . However the following day I was informed that all Uber rides were free for New Years Eve and I was charged . I got a discount but was still charged . The drivers didn't tell me . I didn't get the free voucher offer or notification on the app . Then when I contacted customer service support, Instead of speaking to a human I get online chats and was taken to a whole other site. Then the customer service support team from " Just Ask " Then The agent sent me this page to fill out an application asking for my card info. It was secure and ligit but seemed irrelevant. Finally I reached the Uber Co. Which they had just told me that in the first place to avoid all the extra BS and trouble. Finally they connected me with an agent but I had to wait 10 minutes to get an " agent " via text. I reported my issue how I was charged and want my refund . Then they tell me they will have a " third party " contact me tomorrow. I just want my refund . This is unfair If it was free , unavailable on my app and I was STILL charged $15 to my destination and $17 back .

I feel that I am judged because I do not live far from work and walking home at midnight is not really safe but because it isn't a big ticket ride the drivers don't want to take the ride. I am very disappointed that the drivers judge you and they don't even know the circumstance .I have been using Uber for years and lately it has been pretty crappy.
