Why uber drivers does not accept rides when ever there is a rain ?

I was bragging up Uber to my husband as an economical way to get to the airport, and I reserved a ride from Everett Washington to SeaTac airport two weeks in advance of our trip. The driver was confirmed to pick us up at 4 am. At around 4:05 he called and asked where we were. He didn't have our correct address and was at a coffee shop in downtown Everett. He sounded confused and we decided there wasn't time for him to meet our schedule, so I canceled the ride and we drove to SeaTac. Now we're looking at a big bill for parking at an airport lot for two weeks. That was a stressful and needlessly expensive way to start our trip. The only good thing was that we got our cancellation fee refunded. I was really disappointed, my husband was furious, and I doubt if we'll ever use Uber again.

Uber driver picked up my daughter and tried to drop her off at her high school, which is 5 minutes away from our home. Refused to take her to her dorm because she said NO to an additional charge 😡 The fair was paid already for the correct location. I am not sure why he had a different address that. The one booked. She ended up walking back home due to his incompetence. He had the nerve to charge her a cancellation fee after he cancelled on her while she was explaining

Terrible, Terrible service. Ordered the ride well ahead. Waited for 45 minutes only to see (on my phone) drivers come close to the house, but never show up. Uber never bothered to alert me. As a result I completely missed an important doctor's appt. Absolutely no way to contact Uber by phone. I will never use this service again.

Different prices every day. It's 40rs one day and 50 rs the next day for 1km. After 9am, no autos available. All they show is to add tip for fast pick up. Worst service. Today I waited for almost half an hour for auto.

Absolutely terrible. Already waiting a long time for a driver to accept. A driver finally accepts and 8 minutes of waiting a d seeing the car lowly get closer... The driver cancels!

The Uber Eats driver disregarded my specific instructions regarding a food delivery to my office suite and left the order in the building lobby. She did not notify me of this lazy error and by the time I figured out the problem and went down to the lobby to retrieve my order, the food was cold and quite unpalatable. I contacted Uber Eats customer service and requested a refund of ONLY the tip I left the driver since she completely messed up, but Uber Eats would not even consider such a refund. This is absolutely terrible customer service, the cost to Uber Eats in order to maintain my loyalty was paltry, and I will no longer use their services.

Your location name allocation is soo soo pathetic. I wanted to reach xperia mall and you guys just left me to an auto stand near dadar station from which I can go to xperia mall... And that was only 2 mins away from where I was... Seriously you guys are making us fools to get money.

Worst service..Drivers took up the ride standing at one place and on calling they are not receiving the call...if you don't want to come jst pick up the cal and say no...our time is also precious.. company should take action against such drivers if they don't want to come better leave this job.

"I recently took two Uber rides on the same route, from Vikrant Hospital to Fitness Battalion in Pune Phase 3. The first trip at 6:30 PM was charged 40 rupees, which seemed fair. However, I had to take the same route again at 11:30 PM, and the fare doubled to 80 rupees. I understand surge pricing might apply during certain times, but the difference seems excessive, especially since it was the same route at a later time in the evening. This has left me feeling frustrated and unsure about the pricing structure. I would appreciate further clarification on the reason for such a large fare difference."

Ridiculous price range for what the app considers a busy demand rate, shouldn't be quoted at almost $83 for a 15 minute ride. Do better on y'alls pricing intervals

Worst service provided by uber after fixing the final charge it will ask for tip to confirm the request...no one will accept in the morning, if they accept also after come to the half way they will cancel request ...waste of time

The Columbia SC VAMC uses Uber for folks who are having a minor procedure and live alone. My Uber driver Dionne was great on the way to the hospital, but David on the way home was TERRIBLE!!! He was rude, did not help this older woman on a walker get into his big truck, did not appreciate my instructions to get home quicker than his GPS told him, and he vaped something that nauseated me so much I felt like throwing up. I will certainly let the VA know about this as Veterans deserve better care and respect than this man showed this Viet Nam Veteran.

I booked a ride for the airport a week ago. I had an old card on file so instead of asking for different payment they cancelled my ride. They were nice enough to tell me I would need to re order ride thankfully it was the day before so prices were higher. Uber sucks this was crazy stress to put on us.

Whenever I do uber there is always long wait time, even though I can see that there are multiple drivers in my area, still my trip always get appointed to the driver who is 10 minutes away. This does not use to happen before but from past month, everytime i do uber I face this problem.

I don't know how Uber comes up with these prices they just got done charging me $32 for a 15 minute ride stop overcharging people you're ripping people off!

Melinda in Grand Rapids, Mi is horrible, she said she was outside my work and then lied about it. when she was actually 20 minutes away, it would’ve been fine but I had to wait in the cold for her. When I got in the car she didn’t greet me at all after saying hello to her and she missed my drop off point twice! Horrible

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would, because zero rides were completed. My daughter’s friend ordered an Uber to their home from our house which is about an hour and 10 minutes away. A driver was assigned then a couple minutes later that driver canceled. The second driver assigned picked up her friend and then drives 2 minutes down the road, turns around and brings her friend back to my house. When I confronted the Uber driver as to why he accepted the ride to only drive the passenger back and cancel, the Uber driver argued with me about the fact he was only getting paid $40. (Not to mention, the tip is not paid until the end of the ride.) It is not the customers fault what Uber pays their drivers. That matter needed to be taken up with Uber not a customer. Not to mention my daughter and her friend only had enough money to pay for this 1 ride. because of the way this driver went about things, now, my daughters bank account has been charged $80+ for the ride and now needs to wait for a refund. I could write a whole other paragraph on how much this was an inconvenience to myself, my daughters friend and their family. Both families have small children at home and were unable to drive out as it’s late at night, hence why the Uber was ordered. Extremely dissatisfied with service and the fact that I cannot reach a customer service representative at this hour is Mind blowing considering how much Uber charges customers should be able to pay for 24 hour customer service.

Uber let a driver over 6 miles away pickup my ride. It was 21 minutes until pickup and then it routed the drive a super inefficient way. Not the drivers fault. I can’t find where to complain to uber, they make it easy to complain about users and drivers but nowhere to complain about their service.
