I have been waiting 3 hours for a ride, the app keeps showing different time the ride will arrive, you contact information is awful, can’t speak directly to customer service unless you are spending more money, I urge everyone not to depend on a ride from Uber especially if you ate trying to get to work 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😒

Uber is doesn't support thier drivers they believe false reports of drivers and when they fire you your not able to get a clear response for how they do thier investigation and don't let drivers defend themselves. They have made it impossible to let us speak

Terrible do not use! Item out of stock and not offered replacement's or refund! Thought it would be automatic refund but no, because it’s over 3 days no refund , absolute joke robbing bleeders!

I order some food but the delivery never arrived I call the driver and he was rude and later he block me. Also they charged me for another ride that I never requested. Somebody need to do something with this people stop this very bad service. I will go the police.

Uber driver delivered to the wrong address if he delivered at all - this is not the first time this happened! By the time I found out it was too late to order anything else - where are they getting these drivers?!

If I can leave a negative five for stars I would Uber customer support you can barely understand what they're saying and they don't help you at all they just keep giving you the runaround I will never use Uber ride again in my life I would rather walk then to deal with the crookedness

Horrible. Uber service at O'hare airport is the worst. Last night I had numerous drivers on the way...and they cancel at the last second...after it already took app a long time to connect with them. I switched to Lyft after last night. Uber has gotten really bad.

We will not use Uber ever again We have given Uber every opportunity to show change.and. Never seen any. We got tired of lack of accountability of ability to contact customer service or receive satisfactory answer or anything tired of left stranded waiting for Uber that never shows or updates when it will arrive or vehicle that is going to pick us up. Forget reaching back we will give same response as well . The lame apologies and poor excuse for reason. Uber lost a valued customer for good

Yesterday I booked an auto from Warje to Wanowrie. The auto driver named Pavan Singh was drunk and not listening to the route we wanted to follow.He turned the meter on. He kept grumbling as to why did you not inform that you want to follow your route.He wanted to take a longer route to increase the meter fare.Sincw it was night and we two ladies were traveling, we did not speak much and therefore thought of writing this review.

Cannot find away to talk to someone about a driver that showed up early and was rude and then when I went inside my home he left. Glad he did since it was a reserved ride I got this wonderful lady driver instead and I got to my destination

I got my order cancelled and I called customer service because I wanted help on this order. I didn't ask for a refund, I just asked that they resume the order because something went wrong. They refused to and belittled me as they read out policies. I have a loyal uber customer for several years and have even purchased the uberone membership. Raymond and some other account manager guy are so unempathetic and rude. I have worked in customer service before and the way they were speaking is in NO way how you speak to customers. They made me cry because they kept speaking over me, not letting me get my point out, and repeating the policies like robots. Disgusting people.

I scheduled a ride in advance and only after the ride didn’t show up in time (Vivian was the driver in Lexington KY) did I learn the ride was cancelled. Uber support provides no place to find out why it was cancelled or to complain about a ride that did not happen.

Terrible company, dont care about anyone. Will talk to a robot if your lucky enough to get through to someone in a foreign call centre they will tell you nothing can be done.

I’ve been trying for two weeks to start driving for Uber, but it says my account is locked as though I’ve driven for them before. They keep telling me to login to solve my problem, but I can’t because it has me locked out. He would think they would try to help me resolve this issue since I’ve never driven for them before.

Recently uber has gotten worse and worse. Even with a reserved ride hours in advance, you are completely unable to get me a ride on time. Absolutely ridiculous.

I scheduled a rise 24 hours before due to tight time to arrive at airport in morning.aThe driver never arrived on tyhe agred time. The app keep changing pick up time . After 20 min the driver did not start to move and sid jit answer the call. I did cancel and took a lift that arrived in5 min. App has no way to report this kind of issues.

Uber and Lyft drivers are outsourced by Medical Providers for the elderly in Southern California. However, in the past few years taking Uber, has been a nightmare for me. It has been the worst experience I’ve encountered! They hire drivers that have no qualifications to assist seniors to their Drs Appointments! These drivers lack the understanding of the English language causing a language barrier. I believe every person who lives in a country where the language spoken is English, should learn the language for communication purposes! These drivers are very rude and disrespectful! They have no place in being around this delicate and sensitive business. Personally speaking the medical providers of this so called luxury for seniors is a serious matter. Providers have swept the issues under the rug! Their main concerns are GREED! I cannot tell how often I have made my concerns known to them! They do not care! Lawmakers need to enforce rules for these uneducated drivers and the companies they work for. Many elders are taught to be silent and not speak up. I’m a different kind of senior! I will speak up! However, it cannot be accomplished by a couple of seniors! It has to be many who will speak up! We need more concerned seniors and love ones to expose these agencies! They are a danger in our society to the elders! Many of these drivers have anger and violent behavior! Many don’t understand the gps system in their transportation leaving them lost and confused on how to find addresses of pick up location or possibly drop off locations. This behavior can leave seniors in a bad situation with the drivers! Possibly leaving seniors stranded! Uber cares nothing about the seniors, that they are transporting! My experience with Lyft has been a far better one. I m more likely to use Lyft when I attend my drs appointments than Uber! I have no idea where they get the drivers from! Just saying!
