One star is generous, absolute worst support experience ever, practically non existent, your question is only ever met with prewritten Q&A type answers. No phone line to call, just wait hours for a copy&pasted response that doesn't help a single thing. As soon as I'm able to leave Uber, I'd never look back

The captains accept and cancelled the ride . Repeatedly it's happening Whenever I am in the hurry I use to bok and faced the same problem. My time wasted. I never saw this kind of worst riders app. Most of the captains are not aware about the location even though the map is visible in their screen.

Stupid Uber Support is useless. The "human" agents are more unhelpful than the bot. No one can assist me with getting my order canceled. The delivery driver hasn't been moving for almost two hours but I'm told to wait a little longer. This is the most frustrating interaction I have had. All I want is my money back because my order is not arriving, and I should not be penalized for that. Very useless indeed!

Terrible I tried Uber Eats and it picked up the wrong location for delivery. I also did not confirm my order it would have been nice as I would have saw the delivery address was wrong. So I cancelled and got charged more than the cost of the food at the store if I ordered and picked it up. Terrible response from customer service will not use Uber Eats or uber again for rides going to use Lyft

Yes I try to get in touch with customer service o hello suport for long time I can say more than 3 hours and then don’t solve my problem I can’t download the pictures both the receiver is 88292

I would put -5 if I could. They don't read the issues, serve you boilerplates and then end the chat. When you re-openen it, it is either a second boilerplate or no answer at all. It is the worst.

Such a bad experience, despite being a customer for many years and also pay a monthly fee for Uber plus. I was charged £5 for awaiting fee despite the driver not being at the correct pick up location I escalated this numerous times and also try to make an official complaint however every time I ring and speak to Uber customer service the customer services representative just put the phone down on me and are very rude dreadful customer services. I will be cancelling my account and would not recommend using in this company at all.

Uber support is completely useless. Since I have a new phone I can't go and go onlinecand work. They passing me to each other like a ball but either one of them understand what's going on.

Kept me on the phone for 15 minutes asking irrelevant privacy questions before even asking "What do you want?". Agent couldn't help. Agent could have listened 15 minutes earlier to the basic request and realized that after 1 minute. Paid international rates and lots of $$$ just to serve Uber's verification demands and get no help.

The fares are very low. Customers pay a high price for the ride, but the drivers receive very little. Drivers only receive 45% of the total amount paid by the customer. They even withhold the tips that customers give to the drivers.

Uber engages in very subtle and expert manipulation of passenger ratings so that passengers try to raise them by paying cash tips to drivers. So that passengers effectively subsidise Uber’s payment cut to drivers. Completely unethical.

I needed a ride home from grocery. Upon reaching to open back door, the handle pulled off in my hand. The next day, a $130 was put on my credit card for damage.

My first time with uber was awful, the driver parked the car far away from my house , and I have to look for him, then charged for those minutes which were not my fault

I booked one courier. The driver accepted the request, marked the ride as courier picked, and started the delivery. After some time (~5-6 mins), they completed the drop-off of the parcel. Uber charged 55 rupees for this delivery. When I raised this concern with Uber, they mentioned, "This trip is not eligible for price change. To avoid this situation, we recommend ensuring PIN verification." Can't you check in your system how someone can cover 10 km in 5-6 mins in Delhi? It's really disappointing.
