Uber and Lyft drivers are outsourced by Medical Providers for the elderly in Southern California. However, in the past few years taking Uber, has been a nightmare for me. It has been the worst experience I’ve encountered! They hire drivers that have no qualifications to assist seniors to their Drs Appointments! These drivers lack the understanding of the English language causing a language barrier. I believe every person who lives in a country where the language spoken is English, should learn the language for communication purposes! These drivers are very rude and disrespectful! They have no place in being around this delicate and sensitive business. Personally speaking the medical providers of this so called luxury for seniors is a serious matter. Providers have swept the issues under the rug! Their main concerns are GREED! I cannot tell how often I have made my concerns known to them! They do not care! Lawmakers need to enforce rules for these uneducated drivers and the companies they work for. Many elders are taught to be silent and not speak up. I’m a different kind of senior! I will speak up! However, it cannot be accomplished by a couple of seniors! It has to be many who will speak up! We need more concerned seniors and love ones to expose these agencies! They are a danger in our society to the elders! Many of these drivers have anger and violent behavior! Many don’t understand the gps system in their transportation leaving them lost and confused on how to find addresses of pick up location or possibly drop off locations. This behavior can leave seniors in a bad situation with the drivers! Possibly leaving seniors stranded! Uber cares nothing about the seniors, that they are transporting! My experience with Lyft has been a far better one. I m more likely to use Lyft when I attend my drs appointments than Uber! I have no idea where they get the drivers from! Just saying!

Contacted today about a driver cancelling while in front of my face for the agent to start talking about holding the payment in my bank account. Explained this was not the issue and that I’d been waiting nearly a hour for my ride in total to be told it happens and have the phone put down worst customer support ever should be 0 stars.

Yesterday I had a very important appointment to get to and I scheduled a ride with Uber one month in advance they called me non-stop for 3 Days To remind me of my ride first off and I mean non-stop I have over 55 calls from them then when the time came to pick me up for my ride they canceled six different drivers canceled then they told me there are no drivers available at this time so you harass me to make sure that I'm available for my appointment but then you people don't show up and my card still got charged I never got my ride and I'm going to be honest with you this is the worst company I've ever had to deal with far as driving goes even lift is better than these people I would rather pay Big Daddy taxi than to deal with Uber again now going on to Uber Eats I use them a month ago and I ordered my food over half of my order was missing and then it was over an hour and a half late getting to my house the food was cold as hell like it had been in a refrigerator and I mean ice cold it was so cold that I had to put it back in the oven even the microwave wasn't good enough because it was so cold and the little bit of my order that they had wasn't even correct there was only enough food for a small child I ordered enough for my entire family there wasn't even enough to feed an adult and they tried telling me well your entire order was delivered no the f*** it wasn't

Foreign object in food chipped my tooth. There is no Uber support just an algorithm. They gave me 2 dollar credit. I can’t stand this company because they add nothing and take jobs and quality away from restaurants. Ordering food out was better with a telephone.

I would rate in negative, they are always replying through bots and very unhelpful. I had issues with both uber rides and eats and both times their responses have been useless and utterly unprofessional.

We order at 7:38 and waited till 8:45 and then email comes that your order cancelled. What is this, its ridiculous. Now i need to order again and waited more for hour. Guys what you think, if this will happen everytime is people will order from uber. Uber created to make people life easy not difficult. It happened with me before that wrong ordered delivered. Few months back, same this thing happen that I didn’t get my order. Why everytime we wait. I feel so disappointed when you always wait more than an hour and after this thing happens. I understand that something can happen to order but this is not fair that we waited so long. I want to report this, please compensate my time. And I don’t think I will ever order from this uber again. I m so frustrated so frustrated

AI or running around in circles. I finally gave up. That’s not support. Shame on them. They kept asking the same questions and after sending them a copy of precisely what I was told I’d get reimbursed they still kept asking the same questions. This is NOT good customer service. You don’t lie to customers.

Unable to find the correct address with the app not functionality in the proper way We have been charge three times in the same location and with the correct address Uber charged us with cancellation fees unfairly, and difficulties in reaching customer support. Some users report being stranded after drivers cancel or don't show up.The drivers never show up I had to pay the ride and Uber game us only the possibily to use some money that already spent with the cancel ride as a BONUS.Uber never ever gave me my money back.Another issues with this BONUS that the uber gave you back, it is for you to use in a limit time.

Uber is ridiculous! They have been charging just over $8 for a ride that's 0.8 miles, less than a mile, but their pice has increased everyday for the past 3 day and now they are charging over $11 for a ride of 0.8 miles. This company is taking advantage of the people and there is no reason for them to charge someone much. Uber is a horrible company and they are a good example of one of the major issues that's been plaguing this country. Another greedy company!

Uber has no availability to talk to anyone when you need to talk to them. If you go through their chat, it is a one time thing. I would NOT recommend this company as a driver or passenger

For Sept 29, I made reservations with Uber for a left from airport hotel to our Disney hotel. Driver never showed up. However I did use a Uber to eventually get to my destination. I was concerned about another reservation to take us from our Disney on Oct 3rd so I sent them an email to reaffirm the reservation. This what happened toe second time. With to UberXL . I’ve had a terrible experience with Uber Eats customer support. I ordered one item and they delivered something completely different. I followed all their steps, sent pictures, and explained the issue, but instead of helping, they closed my case and refused to give me a refund. It’s very disappointing — I paid for something I never received. Their customer service is unhelpful and doesn’t take responsibility. Be careful when ordering, because if something goes wrong, they won’t fix it

I reserved ride but 90 minutes before ride, uber cancelled my ride to Airport. I had to reserve another ride with uber that cost me $20 more. I sent so many e mails complaining about this but no response! Don’t trust Uber.

At present, I am still having a difficult time. I have been trying to process an order from Hy-Vee with Uber eats. I am trying to use a promotion for Uber one customers and my healthy benefits card. I have both checked my health benefits allowance and my debit card which I have put into the system. It keeps refusing to process. The message to add another payment method is all I receive. This has been very frustrating because I attempted to do this order the previous evening from nine to 11:30 PM. The last message I received from your help support says it will get back to me in 6 to 12 hours. I haven’t received any messages and I still can’t process my order. This is very frustrating and it makes me want to switch my delivery service to either GrubHub or DoorDash. I would appreciate getting a response.

Uber driver showed up at the Omni in Oklahoma City. We called an Uber driver . He showed up and said we couldn't put our bags in trunk . He put some in front seat and the rest in the rear seats with us . He played loud rap music on the way to our destination and dirty and dented car . I will not do uber again. Lyft here I come ! Screen your people uber !!

Driver did not turn up. I was then charged full cancellation fee. I tried to re-book with another driver but the one offered turned out to be in wrong part of London so too far away. Then my afternoon booking was cancelled - I tried to re-book but site kept blocking me. When I complained about being charged for the cancellation I was told driver had attended which was not true

I reserved a ride on the uber app. The day before my ride was scheduled i received an alert that my payment needed to be updated by 03:00am or my ride would be canceled. I checked my bank and the payment went through at 1:00pm that same day. I then called uber and was told that everything was fine and to expect my ride on time the next day. 5 minutes after my ride was suppose to be there I received another alert that a driver could not be found. I received a refund for this ride the same day. The next day I checked my bank and Uber is trying to again charge me for this same ride. I almost missed my flight and had to pay $400.00 to park my car at the airport. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I would not recommend Uber to my worst enemy!!

The worst most irritating and irresponsible service yet the most disalutional customer service I have the misfortune that I had encountered. Spent 2 hrs waiting for a update on the Uber driver or when it will arrive.with absolutely no answer or assistance for Uber it apps used chat. That was useless as normal.uber may say that they lost a good customer.the continue unable assistance of get any.left stranded till I finally got a. Cab to come for us.
