Today, I had a very bad experience with an Uber ride. I booked a ride for the first time, and after waiting for twenty minutes, the driver neither responded nor answered my messages. Then the ride got cancelled on its own. I booked another ride, but the same thing happened again — the driver didn’t pick up my calls or respond. I kept waiting for 45 minutes. Even though I had pain in my legs, I had to endure it and keep standing. This is called unprofessional behavior. If they don’t want to go, then what’s the point of accepting the ride in the first place?

The drivers are always asking extra money, many of them are rude, intentionally taking longer routes to increase the fare. The worst cab services app. They definitely need to improve ask their drivers to have manners.

The worst the charged me for food that the app said we don’t not deliver from this location the only option was to cancel order which I did then went back into thinking ok maybe it will let me select another location well it picked the same one. But this time let it go through then I get an email saying I was charged because the restaurant already started your order in a matter of like 5 seconds when it wouldn’t go through yet I was charged for the 1st order then charged for the 2nd order. Over a 100 of money on a 48.00 order. And the uber ahold said nothing we can restaurant nothing we can do…..

Problem with the language barrier. And some of the driver just come by and go with picking up, and when I report that in uber they make a fine……

I reported someone using my account on their account without my consent the person purchased a membership and they tell me they can’t do anything because my information is in the other persons account! I basically reported fraud and uber is allowing her to continue. I know the person but she won’t take care of it herself! So I’m stuck with a membership I didn’t purchase and can’t cancel. It’s wrong for them to allow this to continue. But I blocked uber from my bank account. Somehow she linked my account to hers they even told me this. I’ll never do business with uber I’ll walk first. They are fraud just as she is for allowing it

My driver’s car broke down on the side of a highway. We pulled over in a safe ish place. It took forever to find a number to call — and the driver didn’t have one either — but I reached them eventually. They would not send another car to pick me up (“it’s not safe”) but said they’d cancel and refund my trip. I was stranded on the side of the highway. The police won’t help. I was told to go with the tow truck driver and then get a ride from there. No help at all. It ended up costing me twice that of the original uber and I was an hour late for major surgery.

I'm really disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ about Uber every time when I requested the ride my trip always ended up in the wrong location and it's really feel unsafe 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞 I don't think I will use the company any more

Uber charged me 931 rs for a distance of merely 5 to 6 kms in auto which was not the fare they showed but at trip end they charged that big amount Even after a number of requests they aré saying they aré correct ànd will not return the money back They have closed thé conversation also

First of all, it's now almost impossible to request a trip refund. That option is no longer available anywhere on the app. My Uber driver dropped us off at the wrong location. We had to take a taxi to get to our destination. In addition, the driver also picked us up at the wrong spot, and we waited and waited until we finally realized he was half a block up the street at the wrong pickup address. Uber charged me a "wait fee." The automated answer I got didn't address the main issue, which was being dropped off at the incorrect location. Hey Uber, your business model is that you take people where they need to go, so if your driver took me somewhere other than where I needed to go, you need to refund me the trip fare. That's it. Plain and simple.

Uber doesn’t care about hearing the customer out and refunding money when services weren’t rendered and the driver never showed. Delivered food to wrong house and I still had to pay for it.

Uber's customer service is so terrible when comes to settling claims, releasing authorization holds and basic human interaction that I can't wait to close my account. I can't imagine how it must be for the drivers or the delivery people because the ones who are good at their jobs do all of the work. Drivers and delivery workers themselves are either 1000% excellent or 0% awful, no middle ground. Go to Lyft, Instacart or DoorDash, don't waste your time with Uber.

I ordered from We do BBQ and when I went to pick it up was told no order was placed for me. I contacted Uber eat immediately and no response I have been trying to get refund or credit every since. Now Uber eat is saying i wait to long. I contacted them the day of which was Sunday and again on Monday and again on Tuesday and again on Wednesday and again today which is Thursday. They keep telling me the same thing. $42.00 IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING

Such terrible experience. When I first started using uber, they would handle my complaints and feedbacks with common sense. But now, they would NOT give refunds AT ALL, doesn’t matter the circumstances. Even if there are missing items, damaged goods, it doesn’t matter, NO REFUND. The last complaint that I wrote, I was just asking for a refund for the whipping cream since the entire carton came in squashed (not leaking yet) and it was covered in dirt. I was able to squish the carton back to its original shape but I still wouldn’t dare to use it cause it was covered in dirt. I wrote to their customer service to request for a refund on this 1 item only, not the entire order obviously. No matter what I write, NO REFUND. I even provided photo proof and told them if they needed any additional proof, just let me know. It was a $3-4 item… obviously I don’t care about the price all that much, but the principle matters to me and they did not handle this with grace at all. All they send me are pre-written messages that states no refund. I’ve been a uber one member forever now and to be honest, I am still reliant on it. But I try to avoid using them cause of sooo many negative experiences. They r my very last back up if I can’t find another option…
