I ordered an Uber ride displayed at €11. Upon arrival, they charged me €21 without me ever agreeing to this higher price. If I had seen €21, I would have chosen another service. When I reported the issue, here is their official response: (“We understand that the final fare of your trip was higher than what you expected. We have reviewed your trip and confirm that the final fare is correct. In some cases, factors beyond our control, such as increased traffic during your trip, roadworks, or unexpected detours, can affect the final price of the trip.”) In plain words, Uber shows a fixed fare, then charges more, and justifies it with traffic or roadworks: this is a deceptive business practice. I strongly recommend using Bolt, Heetch, or any other competitor that respects the displayed fare. Uber has been relying on its old quasi-monopoly, but with such practices, they’re losing it — and that’s a good thing.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Today is the second time I've had to cancel a credit card due to Uber fraudulent charges. Chase caught it. DONE WITH UBER!

I frequently use uber motor for travelling, new thing I have witnessed that the biker who accepted the offer often when reaching the destination request to increase the fare than what is mentioned or accepted before The biker plate most of the time differ then mentioned before Doesn't accept the rider whenever required Wait time is too long, often reject when the destination is nearby High time to take charge or less it's destroying the reputation, nothing less

I ordered food for my sick cousin to her address When Uber eats delivery reached destination my cousin was taken to hospital. I asked driver to divert the food to new address. He said it was too far. He would return it to restaurant if I cancel. I got charged by Uber eats, food never got returned to restaurant. Driver blocked my call. Uber eat customer service would not find out what happened to the food. I’m so angry with Uber eats. They have the most unfriendly and unhelpful customer support.

Good morning so I booked an Uber on Thursday 18th of September for Friday the 19th of September no one showed up now am late for my interview this sucks really disappointed am done with Uber they are n ot reliable

Driver DAYLA never delivered my food to ME, have no clue who she delivered to but it never made it to me. So I adjusted her tip to 0! Uber Eats then goes and force pays that driver anyway from my account when service was not rendered! I will be disputing it with my bank. I will never use them again!

False charges of amount 4214.23 rs have been imposed on my account without any ride or booking done from my no. Uploaded may complaints and sent mail, but no response. I am very upset with this. Deleting my account And will never use it's services.

Booked a return trip and was quoted the prices. The outward trip was fine and charge was as quoted. The return trip was same route, same passengers etc. Driver looked at his meter as we pulled up, I saw the price, it was close to the quoted price, no problem. Then I got notification of charge from Uber, it was doubled from his meter. He didn't tell us the price when I asked before leaving the vehicle, nothing about extra charges. Ive tried twice through help section in app, both times got told no refund no reason nothing. Even tried their complaints section, got nothing. This service used to be good and reliable, not anymore. We are pensioners on a European holiday and now are concerned that if this can happen without consequences, they can charge whatever they want and we have no way of disputing it or getting overcharged refunded. Definitely dodgy.

Uber company is purely corrupt! Riders for example pay 2x a more than what drivers make! This should be illegal! Uber does not care about anyone but themselves. Time to revolt riders & drivers.

3 times the same complaint,1st time I ordered a uber and the driver canceled and I still got charged,so I had to order another uber.long story short they keep taking my money and support is not doing anything about it.I have to get me a vehicle 😑 or take cta.😭😒😭😒😭

I’ve had 2 issues in the course of a week and uber support is useless. Fits was a ride from work. Uber was 5 minutes away but took almost 40 minutes because according to the map he was eating Waffle House. Then tonight I order food and they cancelled all my food and try to charge me to deliver the drink without asking if I want alternatives at all

Constant cancelations, very unreliable service, why do you allow drivers to accept a booking only to cancel 5 minutes later, if a driver excepts a trip they should be obligated to complete it.

This is a fraud company with B grade unhygienic cars and dangerous drivers. The final fare is always higher than initial estimate. They refuse to refund.
