Uber support is the worst i ever face . They keep sending you generic messages whiteout looking into the issue. I have send them more then ten emails and I explained the issue but they don't even bother to understand the issue. If I could I would say MINUS 5 star .

My daughter has been charged for a ride twice! She logged onto her account, and had 'unpaid ride ' 30 days ago, she paid this so she could book again. But when she checked her account, she already paid it, asked uber to refund her, was told they can't as ride was 30 days ago. Uber, don't scam people please!! Give the money back! She is now going to lodge a complaint to her bank and said will help her get her money back. Please beware!!!

no way to talk to someone alive, can not longer access my uber account because I have a new phone number and even I am using my google account doesn't allow me, so contacted them and this is what they want. A picture of a phone bill that displays your name and the phone number. -A screenshot from your phone service provider's app showing the number and your name. -An image of documentation proving ownership of your phone’s SIM card. -Please ensure that the phone number you want to use is clearly visible in the documentation you submit. Uber is the worst company and verification methods are out of this world. They don't want customers, they don't want money, now I have to use another provider, I have no way closing the account, I have to cancel my CC and go back UberSucks Live chat is AI and hang out the conversation. The phone do the same.

Just went to get and uber from Glenelg to Port Adelaide. $97.00?! It’s a 21 minute drive. Ordered 13CABS, scored it for $47.00. Uber is no longer the cheaper option.

Charged for an uber I did not take I am disabled and this keeps happening. Close your account before they rinse you for every penny you've got.

Ubers support is horrendous for the past 3 days I have been trying to change my email address in my account so I can go online and I don’t know if it’s a person or a bot but either way they are useless I have explained myself numerous times it’s takes 24hrs to get a response and they just reword the same thing, now I’ve sent screenshots hopefully I can get it sorted. I’m losing the will to live

My food took over an hour and a half and was ice cold and I was missing food! Most they would offer me was $3 and its like bro seriously, they don't offer refunds for "cold" food even tho it took so long to deliver

Uber is ridiculous pricing my son got his first job and is only 2 miles away from his job but the prices are 10.00 to almost 40.00 honestly not worth working if your paying drivers all day your check also since this surge that Uber been robbing people with these drivers are losing their tips as we cannot afford to pay anymore. They definitely don't care about their drivers. I tried to test Uber with my pick up location was the same as my drop off..guess how much it was. 21.00 how's that make sense. Fix your prices or the drivers stop getting their well earn tips . Shame on Uber

I left my phone in an Uber in london on my way to the airport to come back home (USA). On 10/21/ 2025. The Uber driver turned it in at the Greenlight Hub on 10/30/2025 (most grateful) at the request of Uber and myself. Since the driver turned in the phone, Uber has ignored my attempts to have my phone shipped to me. They have provided a link via email that does not work. I have open 3 message chains and all have stoped responding to me once I let them know what's going on. They had the Uber driver turn in the phone and now it feels like they are keeping it. I feel unsafe to know that they have my personal property in their possession and do not plan on returning it to me with the lack of communication presented. This is a breach of trust. I cannot call Uber UK or the greenlight hub in london from the US and when I reach out to Uber USA they ignore me once they know what the issue is. I submitted a complaint to the BBB.

Uber has the worst customer support of all time. Everything is AI and you can’t even talk to a human being. It is so abundantly clear that Uber doesn’t care at all about customer stratification and will employ AI to wear down the people to giving up on their issue. You would think such a big cooperation would have the decency to give one single care about their customers. They don’t even pretend to care about issues.

Uber support is extremely frustrating - it can sometimes take several days to even get a response, and I’ve gone weeks with no resolution. It’s one of the worst support services I’ve ever experienced.

In Costa Rica if you take an Uber and pay cash there is a high chance the Driver will falsely claim you did not pay, and you will pay a second time via your Uber bank account. In Mexico City if you pay cash there is a chance the drive will charge a non-existent wait time and that will come out of your account. In Colombia when paying with credit card within my Uber account the Driver, Jimmy Alexander LGP654, claimed to Uber a different destination than the Uber predetermined destination that he dropped us off at, and lied to Uber who then charged almost double, he claiming an hour and half drive when it actually took only about 30 minutes. Uber's Support help within the Uber app is a bit difficult to use. But after repeatedly submitting my requests, they finally resolved the Colombia trip and refunded me the difference. They do not have a working phone number you can call as a passenger. If you have problems, submit the complaint, which they then may reject, but then again try repeatedly using where it says "Can We Help With Anything Else", and fill in the details again.

Terrible experience, and a waste of time. None of the pre-written support topics matches the issue I have, and there is no way in nz for a rider to contact uber by phone, chat service or email. So I am unable to solve the problem. Uber thinks they know 100% of the problems a person could possibly have with their service, and have made it impossible to ask about anything else!!

An Uber driver in Lisbon, called Amjad, driving an Uber XL, deliberately took a much longer route, claiming it was the destination I had requested. In reality, the dishonest driver had changed my selected address in the app to a similar but much farther one after I picked him up. I filed a complaint with Uber, but instead of refunding the €37 that the manipulated trip cost me, they only refunded 27 cents — supposedly for “wait time.” Uber did nothing to support me, so beware, especially if you happen to hire one in Lisbon.

Uber took R304 from my account with a trip of last year October and the ride was not mine. I just don't know why can't they upgrade their services and check whether the card is linked to the owner of the account and also send a verification code before processing the funds. I am truly disappointed and annoyed
