“I want to know if I can get a refund. I have ordered from this company for a long time and have never experienced bad seeds. I always order one seed at a time but this time I ordered the 3+3 and only 3 seeds were good but the others were bad seeds. I always tell my friends about how wonderful your seeds are but this time I am highly disappoint. I been professionally growing your seeds for longtime but there is no excuse for this. I really like this company but I am highly disappoint with the seeds you sent me and would like a refund or sent a new set. I will never do the 3+3 buy again because only 3 was ok. The rest failed because they were bad seeds. I am very known for growing which use hydroponic systems to grow most of your seeds. I am so disappointed because I never had a problem your company before and I am still trying to save the last 3 I have growing🤬😔😢😢😢😢I am trying to upload pics and having hard time to show you how poor your seeds are. This was the worst and I think I will change to another company.”

“I ordered 10 feminized S.A.G.E seeds and none of them sprouted. As a bonus I received 2 Z seeds and 2 Lemon Amnesia seeds all of which sprouted in less than a week. Contacted customer service and had to jump through a few hoops to try and get replacement seeds. I have dealt with other seed banks over the years (been growing for 50 years) and never have had such a time to get replacements. If you buy seeds here I hope they sprout because not only do you lose precious time (I grow out doors and don't have the ability to just keep the lights on, I have to go by mother nature's rules) because they didn't sprout you also lose time having to deal with Herbies customer service.”

Germination issues are handled in accordance with our guarantees, where we state that photos of the failed seeds are required in order to be eligible for replacements. In your case, we haven't received photos of the failed seeds and were unable to proceed with the claim. “Beans popped 12 of 13 in less than 48 hours. They said seeds were stashed in a calculator but there was no such thing in the package. Everything arrived in great condition so all good. Thanks Herbie's”
