“Very nice customer service would recommend. Price was reasonable delivery eventually made it but unfortunately didn’t make it to me. I’m in Australia and the package made it to me but customs seized the seeds, I didn’t receive the seeds so my recommendation don’t buy from Australia you won’t receive the product. Other than that the service from Herbies was great.”

“Dealt with before no problems. This time seized at border contacted herbies got replacement sent but same result. After contacted got a refund excellent service. Only bad thing I can say is the stealth shipping needs a major look at as the stealth shipping might as well have said Here I am , I’m over here . really really bad stealth”

“I was a little nervous from being ripped off twice in a row by supposedly reputable seed banks and was beat both times back to back. I took a chance here and my payment went thru waiting on tracking number so everything seems to be good. Customer service has been amazing there very fast to respond back to your questions or issues which was great. Now i just wait and see for my order.”

“Great Support, Customs got the first shipment, what a waste of resources, common customs get real, seeds? Anyway support got the job done, reshipped my order and all arrived safely... Love the European genetics... Barneys, DP and many more... Thanks for the efforts. Steve Mack”

“Probably should be a 1 star but I’m nice and I actually got my seeds after A TON of work. I ordered seeds about a month ago they got tampered with the package was opened and the seeds were gone. They refused to give me a replacement or refund without proof of damage before I received it. so I had to argue with them for about a week and had to make an appointment with usps carrier office. And bring in the package (which by the way I’ve had for a week now) and show them the package. Which I don’t know what that really proves I brought in an open package to usps and they gave me a letter recommending herbies submit a claim that I then submitted to herbies THEN they issue me a replacement that also took about 2 weeks to get to me so from time of my first order to time I got the seeds was about a month or a little less. On top of it the customer service was just bad, it cost me a day I had to take off work to go to a usps office appointment hours and hours of communications with the claims department for a 50 dollar order I lost a days work and spent hours of my time i probably lost 200 dollars for missing work and whatever I want to value my time at. Terrible experience i lost so much money dealing with these people just to get what I paid 50 dollars for. Oh and btw I’m posting a screen shot of them removing my reviews on their social media so I wouldn’t trust anything you see online. Don’t buy from these people if you want it to be an easy transaction”

“My first order didn’t arrive (Australia) and Herbies promptly resent a duplicate order. Unfortunately, that order was intercepted by customs in Sydney. Herbies were great, I can’t complain about the service. Much as I’d love to order again, it’s too much of a risk so thanks very much for your excellent service and no thanks to Aussie customs.”
