“Now how else would they make me happy, the most important way possible. By making my life bearable again, by giving me access to some of the best pot in the world. In all the orders ive gotten, no matter what problems have arisen, herbies staff always go above and beyond to fix the problem asap. Honestly ove had them redo orders up to 5 times, and also replace any seeds that didn't sprout. Which honestly isn't to often, most of the seeds I've got have sprouted. And after some of the most beautiful choof I've smoked in years and I've smoked original Thai sticks years ago which was unbeatable by now. Highly recommend and hope you get as much joy as I've gotten from them. Yours sincerely The Timsta...”

“I ordered & unfortunately the package didn’t arrive but Herbies emailed me to say the package had been “lost” & said they will replace it & add a couple of free seeds too at no extra cost to me & even paid the extra shipping again with no cost to me. This was totally unexpected as it wasn’t their fault the package got “lost.” The second package arrived successfully. What I liked & respect is the fact Herbies emailed me throughout the process letting me know what was going on & following up to make sure I received & was happy with my purchase. They are friendly, professional & very helpful. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Herbies (& I don’t give recommendations easily) & have already told a few friends about them.”
