The whole experience was great from the beginning it's been many years since I've tried to order seeds had 3 failures before (not from herbbies) and each one hurt financially and emotionally 😢 💔 😞 but I was like what will one more time hurt and tried and they came in 1st try customer support was great felt like they would have held my hand whole way through if I needed them too I recommend them to everyone

Amazing customer service! Recommend using the postage protection as 1st pack was siezed and destroyed by Australian customs 2nd package was successful 100% germination rate 😊

With so many seeds to select from at Herbie's it's difficult to choose so the very knowledgeable & friendly customer service staff make the task much easier then it would be by oneself. Plus a choice of different free seeds for every €25 spent you can't go wrong buying seeds here. I was even able to insure my parcel for a reship of same products if it doesn't arrive the first time for whatever reason. Brilliant!

Only just ordered my seeds. Little spendy but I’ll give them a try. Little concerned reading all the reviews about deliveries not making it but time will tell I did however find when it came time for payment… that felt a wee greasy and shady with the website I was directed too. A tiny box that I had to enlarge to fill my payment details in. Still hopeful though. I’ll be sure to update my experiences with this company as they come.

I would give zero stars if i could. Ordered last year, no package arrived. Was asked to investigate with AusPost. Did this immediately and sent back details. Took weeks for a response. Their affiliate team kept emailing so i emailed them asking what was going on. They diverted me back to customer support. 90 days for auspost to investigate.. cool i order almost 9-10 months ago. No package arrived. Auspost couldn't confirm where they delievered. Herbies refusing to replace but offering free seeds on another purchase... can't just send those as a replacement? No, ya need to spend more money to potentially not get another package.

My first order went missing so after 5-6 weeks I made contact & another order sent. This order was intercepted by our customs & the seeds were destroyed. Not necessarily Herbies fault but perhaps a better description of the contents along with a more substantial "gift" may be more successful. ADDIT:- Thanks for replacing my order but unfortunately the replacement order was seized at the border and destroyed as well

Hello Ozman, Thank you for the review. We regret that this situation happened, indeed the package has been lost in transit, and we indeed could not affect that. But, we've replaced it as we've promised and apparently the replacement has already arrived. Have you received it, is everything okay with it? Respectfully, Herbies

3 out of 3 Deliveries Complete :) 2nd 1 took a bit Longer as got held up by customs, but was soon covered by Herbies insurance policy & in the End, I got it Sweetas, the other 2 were 21 days & Cannot Rate these guys any Higher :) GREAT Genes and %100 germination on Amnesia Auto & GG#4 Auto :) VERY HAPPY :) & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :) THANKS HERBIES, Looking forward to trying my new Strains & will definitely be back for more :) KEEP ON BEING AWESOME!!!

Can not fault the service provided. The original shipment was intercepted and destroyed by Australian Agriculture Department (customs). I contacted Herbies online chat and provided all my details, including the documentation of destruction by the Australian Gov’t. The service staff provided replacement seeds and dispatched the seconded consignment within 2 days. The second consignment successfully arrived.
