“I am only giving one star in order to leave a review. If I could I would leave negative stars. Herbies took my money and did not provide me with my order. They say that they did not get paid, but I have proof that they received the money from my account, not only that they received double the cost of the order. See attached picture of the transfer. Be leary of Herbies, I was robbed. At this point I would accept product or a refund, but I don't expect this to happen after a year of trying.”

“Absolutely fabulous communication within the team, we were very anxious about purchasing and whether it would arrive and they have. Still abit scared as the cost and guarantee that they will grow but I guess that's on us. These guys were so fabulous we ordered straight after the first order arrived. Wish us luck. Thanks heaps. Highly recommend If you have any reservations or concerns just email them talk to them!.”

“Ordered 6 Og kush and only 1 germinated. Was told to wait a little longer to see if they would germinate and still nothing almost a month later. Emailed and talked in chat about it. I have gotten no response to email about replacements for my order. Buy somewhere else not here.”

Hello, Thank you for the feedback, it's greatly appreciated! The thing is that germination cases are handled exactly in accordance with what is stated on our guarantees page, where it's stated that the whole pack of seeds is covered by our guarantee. As follows, in order to proceed we had to assess the germination rate for the whole pack. At this point we emailed you the details about replacement options Respectfully, Herbies
