“We couldn’t be more excited as new customers that Herbies customer service is beyond exceptional. We had a mishap order happen and they were quick to resolve the issue. Top customer service and very responsive. Everyone I encountered was beyond helpful. Thank you sooooooooo much Herbies staff. “My first order was lost or stolen and Herbies Seeds replaced them no problem! They even threw in a few extra! Herbies is the best place to purchase quality seeds with outstanding customer service.”

“This is my worst experience. All six seeds I bought did not germinate. After contacting the store staff, they compensated me for the seeds one month later, but none of them germinated, which caused me to miss the best planting period. It was a very bad experience and I won't have it again.”

“Hello Jessica and fellow employes ..I have to say I gave you a five star and a couple bonus stars too because the whole process was A+++ fantastic..I'm so happy ..I planted 10 seeds and all 10 came up ..I'll be sure to order again from Herbies ..you are great and thanks again for your kind helping me get thru ordering them ..I'll be looking into how the best way to harvest and curing process ..i do think you all will be a great help in this matter too ..have a wonderful day and God bless you all at Herbies”

“Herbies process was second to none, I am very happy!! Customer service online is awesome, always someone ready to chat! Pricing is fair and delivery to AUS was successful!! They also offer reshipment of goods if they don’t arrive. This leaves you stress free as I’ve ordered from other US banks and lost money but not with Herbies :) definitely recommend”
