“Customer service is second to none! Friendly and helpful service. Herbies assured me that my order would arrive on time, and it did! I had some trouble in the past with a couple of my orders so I waited a year and Herbies still reimbursed 10 seeds from top four seed banks, even though the 90 day threshold was up. Couldn't ask for better service.”

“I ordered seeds and one seed didn't germinate. I let them know because the seeds are guaranteed. They wouldn't replace the seed because i didn't have pictures of the seed that didn't germinate. They lost a loyal customer over one seed.”

“Herbies are my new HEROS!!!After one shipment made it as far as the east coast of Australia it didn’t reach me….with some convincing,as I’d heard it was impossible to actually receive seeds from Herbies due to customs flagging…..NOT TRUE!!!!…They gave me bonus seeds,reassured me of new shipping method…Hallelujah!!!….Just as promised my order reached me in about 4weeks!…I’m so happy knowing I’m set for genetics for next season(some of the best in the world)Herbies were so great in communication & customer service is incredible,they really value your time,needs & wants. These guys are honestly the best European cannabis seed bank there is!!!! I'm an outdoor grower in the Southern Hemisphere so that won't be for a couple of months yet.”
