“First type buyer with Herbies as regular supplier was unable to deliver to Australia for a short period of time, anyway cutting a long story short , 5 paid for feminised seeds did not germenate. I am an experience home grower and used the paper towel method during the first week of Spring in Australia for well over 35 years . All paid for seeds (not freebies) in the past have 100% germinated without issue. After a few emails Herbies (photos, a few questions from a representative answered) they did agree to resend 5 seeds (they gave me a choice of several viarieties). So far all good, except they wanted (in my view unreasonable) 50 .75 Euros ($85 Australian) for shipping and Insurance. Quite frankly just not worth it.”

Hello, Thank you for the review. It is indeed regretful that this issue happened, however we fairly offered a replacement as promised. We do fairly state that the postal company is a third party to us, we do not benefit from the postal fee, thus it is not compensatory if the package has been successfully delivered. We also may not affect the amount of the postage fee as it comes not from our company. “Hi all. I live in New Zealand and recently placed an order that arrived in 16 days all the way from the other side of the world. My goodies were well packed for guaranteed delivery. I couldn’t use my credit card from NZ but found doing a bank transfer was relatively easy and I really love the in depth description of every plant on your outstanding website.
