“Really awesome company. Takes a wee while to arrive - a few weeks - but that’s ok 👍🏼 awesome packaging. Love the doggie flannel. So cool. Only one of my seeds failed to grow out of 8.”

“The most reliable customer service ever. My parcel arrived in South East Asia 12 days after shipping, even in the December Christmas season! Very quickly to respond! Very discreet ship even to Asia, 90% of the packages get delivered! The other 10% is on your country’s postal service! If the packages are damaged or not delivered, they will definitely either send you another package or compensate you for you damages! You still have to provide them with sufficient proof!”

“This is my second order from Herbies. First one arrived fine. This one appears to have been confiscated by US Customs. No worries! The friendly customer service people got a replacement order sent via FedEx and even included an extra free seed. Emails were answered quickly and efficiently. I did not ask for a refund nor tried to return an order. I grow autos and when one of the free seeds was a photoperiod I emailed and they got it correctly changed to an autoflower. Quite happy with them!!”
