“My seeds didn't arrive due to customs. I let them know and they resent them for free, I've ordered multiple times and have never had a problem. The seeds are always give me great results”

“All I can say is wow, Herbies, thank you so much. I made an order about a year ago, and never got to germinating the seeds. Had them stored room temperature at little to no humidity, so in any case they would be fine. Only 20% of the seed germinated when I had the time to. So I emailed knowing I was way out of time frame for quality of product return. But in any case they responded and sent me a new order!! Well I immediately went to germinate these and lo and behold 0% germinated. I reached out and again they are sending me a replacement order. Thanks Herbies, you truly care about your customers :)”

“Love this site. Shipping kicked ass.. Pricey shipping but it flys across the pond so understandingly so. Ive gotten around 15 or so seeds from them all but one has popped. They have a guaranteed germ policy so keep the unpopped one and snag a photo”

“I had an issue with some of my seeds sprouting up from the soil. After a conversation with the very informative associate I spoke with online, we were in agreement that problem was not a cause of the seed. I was simply brainstorming with the helpful agent to see where I may have failed. In conclusion, it may have been raining too much here? Though it by no fault of Herbies, the associate offered me a $20 discount on my next order. Coming from a strong marketing background, I admire the dangling carrot. In return, Herbies has earned a life-long customer. There is no need to look further! Great products! Great customer service! GREAT EMPLOYEES! Sincerely, Jimmy C.”
