I got that letter on the 24th of March that I would be getting mine tracking number within 24 hours. I have not gotten a tracking number this is now April the 3rd. I wrote One text or whatever where it says to contact y'all a couple days ago I still ain't got no answer I want two more days which isn't giving you time to answer I guess but this is Herbie's and it was a different company name that pulled the money out of my account. And I want to know why it's different and why I haven't got my order

Super helpful customer service through online Chat with "Violet" ... Not a smoker/user and someone who just wants to grow for the plants beauty and scent and was still able to get a ton of guidance and support to help me find CBD heavy fragrant plants for my garden. Fabulous help for an overwhelmed beginner.

Let me start by saying, Herbies is the best seed company out there, period! I had some issues with my last order with germination. Nobody popped, I was freaking out, what went wrong, I'm sure I did it right! I emailed customer service and explained what I did, they said "we can take care of it now or on your next order". I opted for right away and boom they arrived a few days later. This is my seed bank, it should be yours too!

Save yourself the headache of dealing with "service" people who don't know the first thing about servicing business clients... (especially if you have someone in need). And don't put yourself through the unresponsive chaos of the US post office, which is who these people insist on continuing to use for their shipments, despite their own internal records showing the idiocy of using this government entity. Anyone in business knows, that is a fatal error for prompt deliveries throughout suburbia and rural USA. UPS is the only operating shipping company who handles such logistics with professionalism in the USA. Nonetheless, despite the ineptitude of the government's USPS shipping mess, the fact that "Herbies" then thumbs their nose at you when it's clear the order is logistically stalled ....for nigh a month and they feel that they're so important in this world that they can afford to arrogantly ignore the matter, and in a most snidely fashion tell you, ,"tuff luck, you'll have to wait until our ridiculous idea of a shipping fault passes (15 days AFTER USPS admits they lost it - which can add months to the wait) - ONLY THEN, will we get off our duffs and do anything to help you." So, as we did, you'll wait so long that you end up ordering from another company who actually understands business ethics, (and how to properly ship in the USA), and who, respectfully and promptly, processed, shipped and confirmed an order in a total of three days... thereby beating "Herbies" loathsome internal shipping policies by WEEKS! As for the seed quality, if it's anything like the rest of "Herbies" claims, I'm afraid to even bother planting them! There's a dozen better, faster, and caring companies out there with better seed stock to give credence too.

Package came in when I opened no seeds, contacted them, just showed me a video of where seeds where at, but nothing was there. Basically told me nothing would be done about it.

We've provided instructions and assembly records in order to show where the seeds are located. The seeds could be absent from the package due to a customs interception and in that case an interception notice would be provided along with the package. ordered 10 seeds only 3 of the germinated and ive been doing this for 20yrs. they offered to replace the 7 bad seeds with strains i never heard of before and that i didnt want. But i picked 7 anyways and then they email me back and want me to pay shipping!!! On my original order i was to get 18 seeds total because i spent so much. only 5 germinated. Now they want me to pay them again for shipping for seeds that i dont want and dont know if there any good.

Instead of seeds I got a toy motorcycle toolbox. I tried calling and WhatsApp number no communicating. They’re scammers to me now. NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I put 2 seeds in identical pods like I always do. In two days one popped, two weeks later the second popped with a deformed head which killed the sprout. I have pictures. Also, when I placed my order I had the option of picking my free seed but my choice was not sent. How do we fix these two things? Tried to add pics but system failed.
