Hello! Thank you for the review. We've just checked the correspondence between us and as we can see - there was indeed a germination issue with 2 seeds from your order. However, we've actually provided compensation (a special code phrase) which you're still able to use, even though it's been more than 2 years ago. “I have received your seeds, they have all germinated, your camouflage method seems to be quite effective at this point, I only have one small suggestion to make it better, that is you should add a layer of double-sided tape so that the seed bag is fixed inside the shirt, in case someone holds the shirt to check the seed bag so it doesn't fall out, and if someone buys a larger quantity of seeds, you should camouflage them in the middle of a computer mouse pad, when checked they are just a normal keyboard mouse pad”

“I had asked in the comment when ordering to enclose some information material / advertising material from the various seed banks and breeders (flyers, stickers, merch, ...) with my order for our club. This was also promised to me several times in the course of the email and chat conversation. When the delivery arrived, there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING of these things. VERY disappointing - various other stores have done much better recently (e.g. Alchimia,Pevgrow,RQS,...) . We (as a club) and I (as a private customer) will never order here again. UPDATE Oct.`24: After the Customer Services Manager Daniel took care of the problem , the promised material was actually included with the next order. Big praise to Daniel, who really put in a lot of effort and showed much good will in many emails ! THAT'S what I would have wanted from the start :) -So I can upgrade my original rating with a clear conscience.”
