“I live in Sydney Australia and thought I would try my luck in ordering seeds. I had a little look online in some chat forums and Reddit to find anyone else who had ordered to Australia to see if it arrived. I was sceptical if it would come since we have such strict laws, especially with biosecurity. To my surprise, the package was delivered in just 6 days. All my seeds were there, plus some extra freebies. Although shipping and insurance were quite expensive on my order, I am more than happy and satisfied to have received my order so quickly and hassle-free. Would recommend it to anyone in Australia or across the globe. I cannot wait to start growing.”

“I can only praise “Herbies Head Shop” for every part of my dealings with them. 12 months ago, I purchased a single seed with a Bonus seed. The purchased feminised seed turned into a magnificent plant, and much credit goes to the support and information Herbies supplied me. All the dealings I have had with their staff have been positive, polite and helpful. A truely wonderful team. This year I again purchased a feminised seed, which germinated within 24hours. The bonus seeds I received however were not as successful. I informed customer support at Herbies, who replied within 24 hours with a possible solution. I explained that the proposed solution had limitations with me, so they immediately proposed a second solution that did work for me. I feel they have gone out of their way to accommodate, help and support their customers. Congratulations Herbies, a store I would strongly recommend to all others.”

“I’m a new customer and am not impressed with Herbies customer service at all, as they are based in Spain they seem to think the law doesn’t apply to them, il stick to sourcing items locally.”
