“I had a problem with my delivery through FED/EX once i was able to clear that up Herbies compensated me for the trouble FED/EX caused and i am very pleased with the service Herbies has provided and will order more products with them !!! .”

“I hope they sprout unlike crop kings trash real seeds will sprout in the dirt not in paper towels package had been cut across the top envelope Iv not found the northern lights or ghost train and blues berry was there some one opened the package”

“I had 5 of 7 seeds did not germinate l contacted herbies and within 24 hrs they were replacing the bad seeds. I think that says a lot about there service to make things right. Mark”

“HERBIES …. Wow Spain to Australia 7days put them under paper towel and water to germ twenty four hours ready and potted up for transplant later in the vege garden. Bloody great service gals an guy’s. We had massive problems with custom clearance maybe 2 years ago but herbies have it sorted. Oh yeah 100% strike rate with my girls, I’m a happy camper. “Original order arrived in good time. Overseas purchase. Unfortunately the germination rate was not good. Was disappointed with what happened, got back onto them and they have made good with replacement. Not what I had previously ordered, as I did not think to record what went wrong. Otherwise happy with the service so far. Hopefully I will not have any problems with the germination rate on the replacements.”

“Quality fresh seeds without the BS. If you want your seeds for certain, go Herbies. I live in Australia- got here fast. Our customs are the best in the world. I've had orders intercepted many times from others suppliers. With herbies, you won't have a problem. This one was packaged brilliantly!!! Customer service is above par. Mia in the office is wonderful. Thankyou for your friendly enquiry about my satisfaction.”
