“Everything is just super! Due to the local post office, the order was opened and there were no seeds. The store responded promptly to the request and resent the order, having previously packaged it better. The parcel arrived without any problems. I express my deep gratitude! We have worked with this store not for the first time, usually everything was fine. But they also dealt with the problematic situation with 5 stars!”

“Herbies seeds are high quality. A particular strain I purchased never was able to germinate on 2 separate occasions. Herbies made right and sent out not once not twice but 3 times now. Their customer service is constant and exceptional. However they need to get PayPal back as an option.”

“Their attention to detail is incredible. This is the best place to get seeds. My recent order had an issue with FedEx dropping the package off at the wrong address. Herbies Seeds Customer Service was outstanding. They offered to resend the order free of charge even though it wasn’t their fault. Communication was excellent. I was able to find the package in my neighborhood eventually. So, thanks to your team for responding to my issue and willingness to make it right… Thanks… The price and shipping is outstanding!!”

“Bought 2 seed varieties - 3 CBD seeds, which germinated with no issue, and 10 kush seeds, none of which germinated. Filed a claim and was told that the warranty just meant that they would add additional seeds to my next order. Do not recommend and will never order from again.”
