“Great customer service! My first order didn't reach me, reason unknown. So it got sent back to sender. After I've explained them my situation, I suggested to send me another batch of seeds, while waiting for the sent-back order to arrive with them again, since I would've lost too much time, waiting until the initial package would reach them again. On top, they added two bonus-seeds for me! :D All in all, I am very satisfied with their customer service and their shipping! :D Order well in advance of your planting-schedule, so you can be safe, in case the package goes missing. I do recommend this seller!”

“Seeds came quick, one seed in my pack of 3 was underdeveloped and did not grow. You would think when buying such high dollar seeds this wouldnt happen. The other two sprouted quickly and seem to be growing on schedule as well. (Northern lights autoflower)”

“The goods were confiscated due to customs problems.　 I immediately contacted customer support and informed them of the fact and they shipped the same item under a different name and address. Nevertheless, the item was still confiscated by customs again. I contacted the customer supporter again, he responded that he would cancel the order and refund me the money I paid immediately via PayPal. I am disappointed that I did not receive my merchandise, but they were great customer support.”

“Ordered seeds in April and still waiting here in South africa. When contacted herbies says it's just the way it is sometimes... we're almost in June now... they said I should wait until August to file for compensation. What a waste of monet and total disappointment.”

The period to be eligible for a replacement is determined by the average delivery time to the recipient's country. In your case, the package is still not able to be qualified as lost since the average delivery time hasn't been exceeded.
