“My order was missing some seeds, I simply contacted customer service who looked into it for me. They were able to redeliver the missing seeds and even threw in a few freebies for the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service from Victoria and Nolan.”

“Received a plastic wine bottle opener Herbies IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! Like a dumbass I fell for it”

Hello, Thank you for the review! The seeds were put inside the wine opener, it was used as a stealth item - please check. Also, could you please contact us at claims@herbiesheadshop.com, so we could clarify the situation in more detail? It seems you've stated the wrong email address and we won't be able to reach out to you unfortunately Respectfully, Herbies

“Herbies is my go to for seeds. I am 67 and don't need many plants. It's great to be able to buy single seeds as I can afford to try different varieties. The shipping speed is remarkable! I am a happy camper.”
