“Customer service through the chat in the website was beyond expectation and they were all so helpful! Ordered to NZ and reccommend the stealth international tracking option via FedEx…tracked throughout and had the package in just over a week…slowest part was internally in NZ with the third party courier… Used paper towel method in hot water cylinder cupboard and got tap root within 1-2 days…so good quality seed thus far!! Now planted and the waiting game! Thanks so much Herbies…I will be a repeat customer for sure!”

“I've used HERBIES For years. The USA EXPRESS is great . This is my second time to use The EXPRESS. I do wish I could pay Right At the Moment I prefer ( I don't use venmo, etc) it's Very Strange to have TO WAIT TO PAY. I've had great grows withe HERBIES. I will continue to shop HERBIES SEEDS. No problem with sprouts, Plants and The finish Bud is Great. Max”

“I never received my order. Herbie's referred me to FedEx, who denied my claim. Herbie's took my money, but no responsibility. If I could leave a zero star review, I would.”

“if your reading this and are soon to order please note that they are going to send you some socks or another product and your going to think you got scammed because you only got socks for $100 but the product is actually inside of the socks i was seconds from throwing it all away until the chat person told me what was up”
