“Hello fellow Framers, I live in the USA and always order from Herbie express. This time I decided to order from Spain. They provided a tracking number and i was set. When my package arrived, I only received a letter that my package was intercepted 😞. I reached out to customer support and sent them a copy of the letter and they reshipped my order immediately and a few freebies for the delay. The only thing i had to do was pay the shipping. Herbies is official. I have no need to order from anywhere or anyone else, ever. Im a Herbie for life 😁🥦”

“Placed my order everything was good until my package got delivered and it had a random item that I didn’t pay for and absolutely no seeds. And no way to contact herbies about a refund or any way to get my seeds that I spent good money on. Wouldn’t recommend. Unless you want to get scammed.”

“I have ordered from Herbies on more than one occasion and to be honest, there is nobody better. The level of service that you receive from Herbies is unmatched and they are absolutely wonderful people to work with. The selection has everything that I am looking for and I do not want to ever work with another company, just truly a great experience every time and if it isn't, they correct the issue. They are also willing to provide answers to questions that you may have whether about product, delivery, it does not matter.”

“Great site with great results!! Bought from several times, and arrives under 2 weeks every time to Virginia, USA. Recommend paying for FedEx shipping. I had the other shipping option intercepted once before but quickly replaced by Herbies. Previous orders provided amazing results.”
