“I had placed two seperate order with Hervia both order for Gosha Rubchinskiy apparel which are very hard to find. Hervia offered all that I wanted on their site, and purchase was very easy. I had ordered the items into Turkey and the item arrived into Turkey within 2 days. Overall I am very much satisfied with Hervia, and will shop at their webstore again for sure.”

“Be careful to shop with this shop, because the customer service always find a stupid excuse and refuse to be responsible for their mistake. My wife bought a top from Hervia, and Hervia sent a wrong size, so my wife contacted Hervia. But Hervia refused to arrang their own pick-up service ( we are living in Australia) and they asked my wife to pay for the postage because they need to confirm that is wrong size. Two months later Hervia replied after our several emails saying they can only refund 30pounds for the postage instead of AUD$86.20 the amount we paid to post office! I do not understand why they need me to email the postage invoice if they could not refund it? And why nobody told us when we post the item?”

“I would choose -10 if there is a choice! Horrible customer service and attitude! Hervia sent me a wrong size clothing and asked me to post it back, promising the postage will be refunded once they confirmed their mistake. Two months later, Hervia told me that they can only refund the postage I paid to them instead of my paying to post office! I emailed Hervia serval times, and what they told me is"that what our best offer"”
