I bought TV boxes to. Only find they not compatible with the programes I use I took them back the next day just to be sent from. Pillar to post for a refund a lady called Tebogo May from Wonderpark Store told me that if her systems are offline it's not her problem as she isn't a IT specialist despite ordering me around to fetch the card I bought the Machandise with after 3 hrs she tells me her systems are off bear in mind I paid people to fix certain things which required TV boxes I am yet to get refund as she dsnt value or know any of her work

I bought a washing machine end August 2022. The spinner stopped working first week in January 2023. I logged a call with HiFi Corp Kenilworth centre where I bought it. Michaela answer my calls said I must email my proof of purchase. I did so an month went by and no came back to me. I called again in February, Michaela said I was supposed to get an SMS and a technician will come and have a look.2 weeks went by, then Eugenie from the same store called to hear if my machine was fixed. I had explained everything over again....resend everything. But at least got an SMS the same day. The following Monday a technician came and looked at the machine, he said the spinner motor packed up. By the Wednesday I had to calll the store again to find out whats the next step Rolando Ackers took my call. And she got my old machine swopped out and replaced. I want to say thank you very very much Rolandi for going the extra mile. You have sort me out in one week which proof that I was not considered valued enough by the others that assisted me. It took 2 month with me have to call after them to help me. I'm not in the least suprise why that store closed down. Rolandi I hope you get placed in a good store and efforts get the recognition it deserves

Worst experience. Try ro do a return, the calls centre is useless. May account online state I have no orders. It been 3 weeks since trying to get the call centre to do more than We have escalated the complaint Will never order or buy from them. Definitely don't order from. Them on line.

Hello my name is Hazel Baloyi I have experience poor customer service at hifi corporation witbank highveld mall.On the 9th march 2023 where i bought a kIC fridge R6500 but the fridge was having a factory fault. I contacted the store for assistant i was told to bring it in when I arrived at the store at customer service,i found candy mnisi i greated her instead only the customer was there responded and she just look at me.after she continued with the papers 45 minutes without saying a word to me.i realized that she's not going to help me i asked manager incharge and went to call maryn and she was so sweet and helpful.i just told maryn because of the poor service and ignorant and arrogant from candy i just want my money nothing else i don't think I will ever do business with HiFi corporation. All this happens when foods has rotten from the same fridge that I wanted to be sorted by the store as i lost lot of money out of the damages caused by the fridge dysfunctional. As the fridge was bought on the 3rd march 2023 and reported faulty on the 4th ,i was expecting her to be sympathetic and show the sign that she want to help.

Same day I received the appliance from HIFI Corp I requested a refund. It is now more than 3 months later. I have spoken to the customer service call centre more than 20 times and each time a Supervisor is not available and they tell me they will escalate it on there side. 3 Months 2 weeks later and. nothing I will do my best to advise against anyone ever doing business with them

Customer service: We spent 1 hours 30 min in the store last week. Just to find out that the person who were supposed to help us applied for the wrong credit. We had to start over again yesterday 1 hour 30 min again. Then the system went off. Today i went back still they cant help. I thought businesses struggels. Definitely not HIFI Corperation Nelspruit. They dont need money.

I bought Sony head sets 3 weeks ago only to be told that their driver was hijacked and thas was after i called them to ask what was happening with my order. Again i was told that my complain was resolved successful but 3 weeks later no sign of delivery. Today I called asking them for a refund and the consultant was so unprofessional she was busy talking to her friends while on the phone and still i didn't get any help. I'm just wondering if I'll ever get my money

I waited more than three weeks for my order. I was told they could not get stock at their normal warehouse and had to get stock from elsewhere. Then suddenly the order was cancelled after telling me they busy processing my order and it will be sent shortly. Pathetic to say the least. Worst part it was only after I enquired that I received any feedback. I hope this is not what you call customer service. Beyond pathetic.

HiFi Corp is misleading and deceiving customers. They advertised a Defy C425 323Lt fridge for R4999,00, which was on sale until 31 January 2023. However, when husband went into the Cornubia store this morning to purchase the fridge, the salesperson told him that the pricing was incorrect and was told to take it up with the advertising team to rectify the error because it was not their fault and the salesperson refused to assist further. Since when are customers responsible rectifying stupid mistakes made by their incompetent staff? I am extremely disappointed with HiFi Corp & I'm never buying from here ever again.

These guys I tried to buy a Friedge an the special was till 31st January An was 4999 now that I wana buy just coz it’s month end now it’s 5999 Mxm selfish people just coz it’s month end they took the price up….

They advertise laptops on the web...accept payment and only tell you days later that the product (laptop) is no longer available. How long will I have to wait for a refund ? Real bad service !

on the 10-12-2022 I made an online purchase. to date I received contradicting emails detailing the whereabouts of my order. the service from hifi corp is terrible, there is no customer satisfaction. simple lies along the way to string along customers.

HiFi Corp is the worst shop to ever but from! Their sales are not worth it they want to just rip people off. They deliver damaged products only for them to take months to replace them. Terrible. Don’t buy anything from them!! Don’t do it!!

In 2021 I did laybye of a zed air Aesus at Atterbury value mart.i finished my laybye in June 2021 and on the day of collection the guy told me that your original product u laybyed is out of stock you can this iLife zed air laptop..I almost had second thoughts but because of pressure from studies I took the one he offered All I can say is it's the worst laptop ever and I also realised that he gave me a laptop that they wanted to clear out fast fast ..am really disappointed coz I do not know where to take it for repairs

I placed an order online and paid same time. Hi-Fi Corp contacted me letting me know that they have no stock and that they will have to refund me and asked for confirmation of banking details for the refund. Now up to today we haven't received any refund and everytime we send emails, no one responds to my emails ignoring me... No updates, no refunds nothing!

Do not order from Hi Fi corp online if they are still using Skynet as a courier. Received an sms that my order would be delivered on Saturday 17 Dec. As I wasn't 100% convinced that they would deliver on the Saturday I phone Hi Fi corp to make sure it would be delivered, I was assured that it would, after scheduling my day around so that I would be able to collect, it never came. On Monday I phoned in again (to the number that was sent in the sms), the lady could see it was not delivered but basically said there's nothing further she can do, I must contact the website directly, which I did. They said my problem was escalated, however I have received no feedback. Instead I had to go phone the courier myself which was a hassle, for them to also give me no answers (they are awaiting a response from the Cape Town facility). My order has been sitting at the courier facility since the 14th Dec with no movement, after taking a multiple days to even arrive at the facility. Multiple calls, hours wasted and I have no idea where my order is and no one has any answers. Terrible service from Hi Fi corp and the courier they use. Avoid using either.

I bought a 75 inch sansui smart Tv end of March 2021 at the cost of N$17000 unknowingly that it was on display for almost 3years. On 31 November 2022 I return back the tv to Ongwediva Branch with a problem of freezing and display black and white lines on the screen. I was very disappointed to hear that the item is still in their storeroom and was not sent for repair. An exchange is needed here and not the repair the Tv was on display for 1080 days. HIFI CORP is here to cheat customers.
