“I enjoyed refreshing my memory of the various elements of FH and learning something I didn't realise. I am also confident that am doing the right things when preparing food for others to consume as wel as what to avoid when am eating out.”

“I really enjoyed the course and found it very informative. I particularly liked the lady reading out the slides as it helped the information to go in. I had a problem initially downloading the course and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and pleasant and resolved the issue very quickly.”
