“The course was very helpful , covers more detail than the Level 2 course . Very handy to be able to stop / start as there was one or two sections i needed to refresh myself over . It would be nice if the School could provide a pay increase after each course is taken but Catering tends to get missed !”

“I loved the curse. Well designed and easy to memorise important details. Keep in mind though; going through every piece of information and actually remembering it, will take you a little more than 4hr. Overall, will be back on High-Speed Training!”
