“Very thorough course which causes you to engage with the information presented. Maybe safeguarding & child protection is not the best training to put online - information overload. One of the options to a question I misunderstood - "...ethnicity of person making disclosure..." or words to that effect. Perhaps using bold type could help. Also, giving an ongoing percentage score so far and allowing an additional 5 or 10 questions at the end if the person is close to the 80% threshold. Finally, an opportunity to take the assessment without completing every module for those who have high knowledge in the training subject - differentiation.”
