“I selected the right answer but it registered it as wrong. The main issue with this is that even if the answer is wrong, you don't get told what the correct answer is. This is a missed opportunity to learn from your mistakes.”

Hi Phil, Thank you for your review and feedback! The reason we don’t show the correct answer if you have answered a question incorrectly is that we want to encourage our learners to recap the areas where they went wrong to ensure they fully understand the material. You can also take the end assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost. I will definitely pass this feedback on though to see if it is something we can look at for the future. Many thanks! “The safeguarding course content, information, voice overs, diagrams, legal statutes related to safeguarding and frequent self assessments were all excellent. I learned alot about safeguarding issues and where, how and when, failures occur and how to correctly report them. You can easily log out, take a break, and later log back in, to where you left off, all so easy. Many thanks.”
