“Pefect for anyone needing their Level 2 Food Hygiene for Catering. Quick and easy to apply. Online resource for learning with downloadable recap sheets for referal after completion. Digital certificate straight away and one sent in the post for a paper copy (not got mine yet, but I have only just passed). Like many online training events it is a little death by powerpoint however, high speed training have split the course into bite size module which make the course more enjoyable and allows for refreshments in between. If high speed training could make the course more interactable in the future that would be amazing, however I was to emphasis that I would still 100% recommend this course to anyone needing this qualification. Thank you high speed training.”

“This course repeats information constantly and has too many modules. lots of the information is only rlelevant to managers. it could be 1/2 the length easily”
