“I did my level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for catering and I thought the course was very good. I completed the course in two days, I found the course had lots of information and videos. I was able to go over the modules as much as I liked until I was ready to do the assessment.”

“I did find that some of the questions, were worded quite badly, so that when I went back over my notes, the answers did not seem to match the questions correctly. I found that quite frustrating, especially after taking so many notes. Other than that, it a great course. Thank you Dean”

“Some of the subjects were inapplicable for my line of work and I feel that this is unnecessary to be questioned about these subjects maybe a Taylor made approach to different work environments, would be more beneficial For example shop work is very different to a building site !”
