“All understandable. When taking the assessment the questions at number 15 stopped and froze. It then registered the wrong answer after I had given the correct one, which was frustrating. I then had to re log in to return to question 16.”

I can imagine this was very frustrating when you were trying to complete the questions, this can often happen if your browser needs refreshing, it might be worth clearing your cache as this will refresh your browser so you don't have any more issues going forward. “As someone who is dyslexic I found the course too much for me to process in a way that is easy for me to understand and follow. It took a lot longer than the recommended time suggested which was a shame. I understand there is a lot of information but to condense some of the modules even further would have been helpful for me to have completed the course a lot quicker.”

“The training was just about the right length and was on the whole clearly described and easy to understand. There were a couple of questions where I felt that several of the answers were appropriate especially on types of abuse. On the whole I enjoyed it and felt I learnt a lot. I will be going on to do Level 2 next week”
