“I thought it was good training. The test at the end was slightly more difficult than I was expecting, but that made me revise the material and re-do the test. I think I have a firm grasp of the basic POVA procedures now. I would have liked one or two case-studies in the material, as they tend to be effective learning tools, I think. A small point is that the size of the text on the screen is too small for someone like me who has mediocre sight. Also, it's grey, and not black, which makes it less distinct. “The training itself was thorough and comprehensive, covering all aspects of Food Hygiene and Safety. The questions throughout the training were a good means of making sure the topic had been properly understood. However - the assessment at the end was far too simplistic. Most of the questions had only one obviously correct answer. I think most people would pass the assessment even without undertaking the training.”

“The training was easy to pick up and put down. It was easy to go back over. Well laid out in written form and helpful to have addition of audio. I would make the questions harder at the end of each section, as each section gave a lot of information, harder questions would aid better recall.”

“It did not let me finish the assessment it ended as soon as I got one wrong and gave me the %. I passed but I wanted to finish the course and see the remaining 5 questions and get a higher %”
