Hello John, thank you for your review! I’m really happy to hear you liked the course content. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. “I found the course easy to follow and informative. It was good to be able to return to content I was unsure of. The assessment was fair and based on the knowledge, (no trick questions!). However I did answer 2 questions incorrectly and although I have since found out for myself the correct answers, I don't think I would have been able to have the correct answer given to me at the end of the assessment, which would have been useful. I have downloaded my certificate and am looking forward to receiving my official certificate in the post, thank you. Money well spent!”

“Crisp/efficient, clear, easy to pick and put down, easy to monitor progress. In terms of what didn't like (why is this not covered?): What about jobs/roles where your time is significantly dominated by dealing with customers/clients, where immediate/quick response is part of service i.e. very reactive? Tips for managing these types of jobs would have been useful.”

“The course had been improved greatly since the last time I took it. The reading-out of the information is a great feature! One minor suggestion: make sure the questions in the final assessment are not ambiguous, where one of the options could at least be partially correct.”

“Your question in the exam 23/25 is incorrect. You ask 'To which children are EHA most beneficial. Your online correct answer was 'Low Level'. This is incorrect according to your syllabus and online training which states 'Emerging Needs'. A little disapointed my answer 'Emerging Needs' was marked incorrect after reviewing your syllabus again, this is deffinatley what you state not 'Low Level needs'.”

“Really easy to understand, complete, print off and I love your professional design of certificate which arrives quickly in the post (hopefully). A bit confusing initially getting onto the course as you took my money and I was locked out of the three sections following the demo. This meant that I could not complete the course during the one evening I had set aside specially for it, and instead had to wait for a reply to my e-mail to you to sort it out. All good in the end though. Thank you.”
