“Easy to understand, but I was marked as wrong on the question of how hot food should be kept at. As I live in Scotland I am told that food has to be 73 degrees or more, but your test marked me wrong as you say it should be 62 degrees. Otherwise I found it an informative course. Alexis MacLeod”
